I’ve been going to West Market Dental for 8 years now and without a doubt they are the best dental office I’ve ever been a patient at. Always very friendly and helpful staff. The dentists and hygienists are great at their craft and are always extremely gentle and very professional. For anyone whose afraid of the dental office I highly recommend you give this office a shot.

West Market Dental is absolutely the best dental clinic I have ever had. Dr Lam and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, very friendly and gentle. The office with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere is top clean and seems to me, equipped with the latest technology and services.

I've been going to West Market Dental and have had Dr. Peter Lam as my dentist for as long as i can remember. they've always treated me and my family extremely well, upholding professionalism and patient care as they're utmost priority.

i can say i don't plan on going anywhere else unless i absolutely have to and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming and trustworthy environment.

Very enjoyable service, the staff is always nice and friendly knowledgeable and always make you feel comfortable during the procedure. I actually enjoy going to the dentist to get my teeth worked on because I know I'm in the best hands possible!

Great service! West Market Dental is located along a major transit route and have flexible hours to adjust my hectic schedule. The offices are tidy and kid friendly while the staff is competent and always contributing towards a great experience. I always look forward to my next cleaning! The only thing that they can improve is to give customer an option of regular toothbrush, Philip sonic care or Oral-B tootbrush heads.

Dr. Pack and his team of professionals made seeing the dentist about as enjoyable as it could be. His staff were friendly and professional. The office is very modern and clean. The equipment was state of the art. I felt very well take care of, and that they were looking out for my best interest. Thanks Dr. Pack and the staff at West Market Dental keep up the great work.

OK, none of us like going to the Dentist - right? Well RUN to do not WALK to West Market Dental. My wife and I are both patients and we have had amazing experiences every time we have had an appointment. Whether it is with one of their team of Dentists - who have AMAZING "bed side manners" - to the Dental Assistants, Hygienists and Reception Staff - it is all just a first class and dare I say - relaxing experience. Now, if I could just convince them to add the Golf Channel to their television cable package I might just move in!

I have experienced Dr. Lam and his team to warmly welcome me and my family each visit. Dr. Lam is friendly and we have received exceptional dental care. He has been a crucial partner in helping my 9 and 10 year old kids to maintain a positive attitude towards dental visits (including experiences of fillings). I appreciate how he informs me about my family's dental health and about possible options for intervention when needed which enables me to make informed choices.

We were warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They knew how to make my kids comfortable and at ease with their first visit.
