Western Financial Group

As mentioned quite a bit, this company is terrible for callbacks and customer service. High turnover (I've been through at least 6 agents in the 10 years I've been there). My current agent however is amazing which is the ONLY reason they got a 2nd star. For those saying why stay with them, laziness and a competitive premium to be honest.

*As a side note, it's interesting how they only responded to the positive feedback and ignored the negative.

Jackie has been amazing at Western Financial, she always goes above and beyond for me. Jackie has always made the time to explain my insurance. She has moved over to commercial but has informed me that she is still here for me if I need anything. Amazing service, amazing staff, great company. Thank you again Jackie for going above and beyond for me!!

Have always received great service and great rates from them!

I went in there the other day to get full coverage on my truck and learned that I didn't have any coverage on it. I was shocked to learn that I have been driving without insurance for the last few months. They say that the insurance company made error and maybe they did but I want to know what are these guys here for than? Just unbelievable.

I had all my insurance with this company including my business. I was spending tens of thousands of dollar through them. They were always going through staff and I could almost never speak to the same person. When one of my work vehicles was robbed I was unable to collect insurance as this company had not made any updates over the years to my account. They were always there to take my premiums though. After the poor response to my claim I moved all my policies elsewhere. My best decision, as I receive courteous consistent service from my new agent.

Great place. Everyone is very helpful and easy to deal with. Employees are knowledgable and welcoming!
