Had all the parts I needed in stock at a competitive price, they came and installed the parts and have a running tub again, that for sure thought was done. Owner went beyond and stayed and helped figure out a few issues on his own time..thanks guys, enjoying my tub again after 2 years!!

I needed a new heater for my hot tub...
I called our hot tub supplier - they were pretty expensive. Not really a surprise.
I called a guy that I've previously used for parts for our tub, he didn't have the one we needed.
So, I started searching for any other hot tub parts supplier, that were local & I could a heater with a day or 2.
While I was making a bunch of calls around - my husband found an online supplier, that was in CANADA & imagine would even ship to CANADA!
They were about half the price that our supplier had quoted us. FREE shipping & we could have it in 3-5 business days.

I figured that I'd make one last call to a local company - that was Western Tub & Pool...
Cheryl was very nice on the phone, she checked they had the heater that we needed & offered to have it delivered that day.
After I explained that we had found the heater online for a different price, she was willing to work with me...
I'll leave out the rest of the details, but long story short - we ended up buying or heater from Western. Cheryl had it delivered & we put it in.
Worked great! We refilled our hot tub, the water heated up great and is still staying nice & warm.

Called Western Tub & Pool to replace our hot tub that had been leaking from somewhere underneath. Marty suggested a newer refurbished hot tub. We looked at a few on their website, picked one out and within a few days he and his crew came by with the tub we chose. Our old tub was in a tight space, but Marty and his crew drained, moved and replaced it with the new unit and we are very happy with the service. He even came back the next day to check everything out and make sure we were satisfied. 2 thumbs up guys!
