We picked this dealership on a whim, and did all of our dealings over text and phone once we found a truck we wanted....probably not the most conventional , but we were happily surprised. Mark was very helpful during the process and all the staff were very friendly once we stepped foot into the dealership.

Very good impression with Bryan. He reflects well on the dealership. When it came to buying time I chose a Silverado. Bryan nailed it choosing the right one for me. He was very patient with me the whole way, he was honest with me from the start and never once tried to blow smoke up my ass. He went above and beyond and got me a smoking deal on a canopy. It’ll be Bryan first when looking at my next vehicle.

This dealership was a dream to deal with!!! I purchased a new Silverado 2500 from them and would strongly recommend them to any of my friends and family. They never had the truck I wanted on the lot so the sales manager Keith went out of his way to find me the exact truck I wanted. Then when they finally found it the May deals had slightly changed causing the price to increase slightly, the CEO wasn't happy about it so he personally made sure that I was compensated with the price on a few accessories I purchased through the body shop. The staff in the body shop were very professional and did an amazing job with my 3M protection and the de-badging of my truck which I HAD to have done in a not so fair timeline. They took care of ensuring my protection package and 5th wheel hitch were completed before a very important camping trip I was taking my family on, again in a not very fair timeline. Thank you to the sales staff, CEO and an even bigger thank you to the bodyshop at westgate, the legend lives on.

The salesman I dealt with at Westgate was fantastic! Super quick and painless to finance my new 2018 Cruze. The entire staff was always welcoming whenever I walked through the door and made sure I was comfortable- which I was! Never felt out of place or awkward when trading in my lease. Our experience with our sales advisor was very awesome! We never got pressured about anything and everything was explained once we chose the car that we wanted. We also had a little one with us and they took care of her by giving her a bear to keep. We would recommend the service at the Chevy farm, and our sales advisor Keaton!

I've know Teresa for many years. I have purchased cars from her and also have friends who have purchased cars from her... I feel that recent review was a very unnecessary attack. You shouldn't go out of your way to make someones reputation look terrible just because of a bad experience .

Miscommunication can be the problem in most of these situations.

I had outstanding service with the body shops side and the service side of Westgate Chevrolet. My husband and I bought a used 2005 Yukon and my A/C wasn't working so I brought it to the body shop to have the A/C recharged. Half way through the process, they tested it to make sure it was working and it wasn't. They went under the vehicle to find that my rear A/C lines were corroded and needed replacement. Nathan and Jenn got me into one of their rentals for the day so Service could get me a quote on parts. There were no parts available in Canada and we didn't know the ETA but we ordered anyways. They came in 5 days! Brought my vehicle in and repairs started. In the mean time I needed a rental and Nathan set me up again with one of his from the body shop side. Picked my vehicle up the next day and the bill was way wrong. But Nathan and the service manager quickly fixed the problem for me and I was on my way! I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Great job! A/C works which is a bonus with a 3rd baby on the way in this summer heat! Thank you so much to Nathan and his body shop team and to the service side and the service manager. Such a great help! We will be back if we need anything else! Guaranteed!

Dealt with Steve Kennedy to purchase a new truck and the service was exceptional very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Bought my 15' Z/28 from Keith. WOW! Amazing people. The car of course speaks for itself, however, we negotiated and i made the deal over the phone. I was weary, since buying a car site unseen is not my MO, but i was immensely impressed. Being a summer car, Keith was diligent about arranging transportation. Even before it got to that point, Sherri was courteous in discussing the financing options and how it would effect the ownership of the vehicle long term. Few times when people say "we do business differently" is it actually true. In the case of Westgate Chevrolet, it's a very "homey" and comfortable way of doing business. I loved the process and they supported my excitement in purchasing a terrific product.

Awesome experience. Great guy to deal with. Hopefully I will be a repeat customer..

West Gate Full Service Promise is a joke same with the people in the bay they are rude and very ignorant there service manager is not much better than the people in the bay I’ll never return my truck there or have anything to do with that place ever again even though I bought my truck brand new from the Chevy Farm

I brought my truck here for a check engine light 6 times and they couldn't get it solved. They even test drove my truck almost 400kms for one of those visits after they asked if they could and I said no. Their solution was to take out the expensive gm air intake I bought that was installed by Chevy and covered by warranty and to replace it with my stock intake, which they did after I again told them not to. I brought my truck to a different Chevrolet dealership and it was fixed within 30 minutes with no problems about two months later. I made a complaint about having to waste so much time and was told by the customer manager I'd be contacted the next day. They haven't contacted me even months later. I don't really care if they called back but it shows to me how unreliable they are and how little they listened to me.

West Gate Full Service Promise is a joke same with the people in the bay they are rude and very ignorant there service manager is not much better than the people in the bay I’ll never return my truck there or have anything to do with that place ever again even though I bought my truck brand new from the Chevy Farm

I brought my truck here for a check engine light 6 times and they couldn't get it solved. They even test drove my truck almost 400kms for one of those visits after they asked if they could and I said no. Their solution was to take out the expensive gm air intake I bought that was installed by Chevy and covered by warranty and to replace it with my stock intake, which they did after I again told them not to. I brought my truck to a different Chevrolet dealership and it was fixed within 30 minutes with no problems about two months later. I made a complaint about having to waste so much time and was told by the customer manager I'd be contacted the next day. They haven't contacted me even months later. I don't really care if they called back but it shows to me how unreliable they are and how little they listened to me.

Westgate Chevy is an amazing and very professional dealership. I bought my car to get fixed from a hit and run and just to walk into the body shop and get a warm welcome from Nathan and Jen I knew I made the right choice. The body tech who worked on my car did an amazing job, I couldn't even see where my car was damaged. Thank you Chevy Farm team and management for your hard work. We picked this dealership on a whim, and did all of our dealings over text and phone once we found a truck we wanted....probably not the most conventional , but we were happily surprised. Mark was very helpful during the process and all the staff were very friendly once we stepped foot into the dealership.

Great service and explanation of our new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado high county. We would definitely recommend westgate, and will use them again for services and other purchases.

Very good impression with Bryan. He reflects well on the dealership. When it came to buying time I chose a Silverado. Bryan nailed it choosing the right one for me. He was very patient with me the whole way, he was honest with me from the start and never once tried to blow smoke up my ass. He went above and beyond and got me a smoking deal on a canopy. It’ll be Bryan first when looking at my next vehicle.

This is my second vehicle purchase with Mark and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Katherine was also really great to work with on the finance side of things and made sure all of the numbers made sense!

This dealership was a dream to deal with!!! I purchased a new Silverado 2500 from them and would strongly recommend them to any of my friends and family. They never had the truck I wanted on the lot so the sales manager Keith went out of his way to find me the exact truck I wanted. Then when they finally found it the May deals had slightly changed causing the price to increase slightly, the CEO wasn't happy about it so he personally made sure that I was compensated with the price on a few accessories I purchased through the body shop. The staff in the body shop were very professional and did an amazing job with my 3M protection and the de-badging of my truck which I HAD to have done in a not so fair timeline. They took care of ensuring my protection package and 5th wheel hitch were completed before a very important camping trip I was taking my family on, again in a not very fair timeline. Thank you to the sales staff, CEO and an even bigger thank you to the bodyshop at westgate, the legend lives on.

The salesman I dealt with at Westgate was fantastic! Super quick and painless to finance my new 2018 Cruze. The entire staff was always welcoming whenever I walked through the door and made sure I was comfortable- which I was! Never felt out of place or awkward when trading in my lease. Our experience with our sales advisor was very awesome! We never got pressured about anything and everything was explained once we chose the car that we wanted. We also had a little one with us and they took care of her by giving her a bear to keep. We would recommend the service at the Chevy farm, and our sales advisor Keaton!

I've know Teresa for many years. I have purchased cars from her and also have friends who have purchased cars from her... I feel that recent review was a very unnecessary attack. You shouldn't go out of your way to make someones reputation look terrible just because of a bad experience .

I had outstanding service with the body shops side and the service side of Westgate Chevrolet. My husband and I bought a used 2005 Yukon and my A/C wasn't working so I brought it to the body shop to have the A/C recharged. Half way through the process, they tested it to make sure it was working and it wasn't. They went under the vehicle to find that my rear A/C lines were corroded and needed replacement. Nathan and Jenn got me into one of their rentals for the day so Service could get me a quote on parts. There were no parts available in Canada and we didn't know the ETA but we ordered anyways. They came in 5 days! Brought my vehicle in and repairs started. In the mean time I needed a rental and Nathan set me up again with one of his from the body shop side. Picked my vehicle up the next day and the bill was way wrong. But Nathan and the service manager quickly fixed the problem for me and I was on my way! I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Great job! A/C works which is a bonus with a 3rd baby on the way in this summer heat! Thank you so much to Nathan and his body shop team and to the service side and the service manager. Such a great help! We will be back if we need anything else! Guaranteed!

Bought my 15' Z/28 from Keith. WOW! Amazing people. The car of course speaks for itself, however, we negotiated and i made the deal over the phone. I was weary, since buying a car site unseen is not my MO, but i was immensely impressed. Being a summer car, Keith was diligent about arranging transportation. Even before it got to that point, Sherri was courteous in discussing the financing options and how it would effect the ownership of the vehicle long term. Few times when people say "we do business differently" is it actually true. In the case of Westgate Chevrolet, it's a very "homey" and comfortable way of doing business. I loved the process and they supported my excitement in purchasing a terrific product.
