Dianne Brown was very helpful. Things have been very stressful due to lose of our property because of a fire. Dianne put me at ease and was very understanding. When I asked Dianne a questions she was unsure of, she checked and got back to me promptly. Dianne provided excellent customer service.

Dianne is the broker I got to help me figure out my insurance papers. Only took one email.. 3 minutes, and she took care of everything after that. Made my life easier!

The insurance policy I registered with experienced a substantial increase despite negligible changes to my history. I decided to pay a visit to Westland Insurance Group and even before I explained the purpose of my visit, Diane noticed the increase and was already in the process of finding a new policy and, as a result, I saved over 20% on my new policy. The service is incredible and the relationships created are invaluable. I'm extremely pleased with the service and the personnel at Westland Insurance Group.

After reading all good reviews about the company, we decided to call to get a quote. Lady who picked up said an agent will call us shortly. After four days we finally received a phone call when I was driving and could not talk so I asked to call back anytime same day after 2 pm. Haven't received any phone call since. Very disappointed. Zero stars for this kind of service.

I had a really great experience with Melody Engram of Westland Insurance group. I appreciated the very thorough work she did. I never once felt pressured or like I was dealing with a salesperson . I saved over 1100 dollars per year on my insurance rates, actually got better coverage and deductibles are half of what they were with my former insurance company. Melody really took the time to explain the policies I was getting which made me feel comfortable with the whole transition.

...after almost three decades of having my home insured with a large national provider I questioned whether I was truly being treated as a preferred customer, and at the prompting of a co-worker who recently dealt with Diane Brown I decided I needed to find that out for sure. Turns out I wasn't so important to that insurer and Diane was able to save me over 30% in yearly premiums for the same coverage! I appreciated being able to ask questions and not feel as though there was a rush or I was bothering her. I really appreciated the $300.00 a year in savings.
