MY EXPERIENCE.... Well first of all they have no legal authority in the city of Calgary yet the claim they do. Secondly you don't have to pay it and it won't affect your credit unless they take you to court at that point you can easily win seeing as it's free 2 hour parking yet they want to give you a ticket within 5 minutes before you can even get back to your car with the ticket. All in all this company has eared its 1 star experince! My advice aviod anything with the name Indigo on it! God bless.

Management refuses to return calls, even when the messages AREN'T a complaint or anything negative.

They are horrible!! They said I didnt pay parking at north hill mall! and they said they put ticket on dashboard which I dont remember cuz they send me letter a year after!!

This company is disgusting at how they deal with their customers. Horrible customer service, extremely rude people to deal with.

Tried to pay my ticket from 2016 and never received the ticket on my truck, when talking with them and trying to find out more information the lady became rude and being annoyed I asked for a manager and she was just as rude and cut off my sentences and they told me a price they would lower it to them phoned again and the price was changed. Nothing but rude people and a horrible company to deal with when you admit that you didn't see the parking meter and own up to your mistakes and still get treated Crappy. Will not be paying my "ticket" and won't be paying their collectors either. 😕

Don't forget everyone!!, 3rd party parking authorities such as this one have NO LEGAL binding tickets, whenever they give you a ticket, throw it away, They can't legally enforce it, and on top the collection agency they send it to doesn't effect your credit either, only in extreme cases has these tickets ever effected ones credit. This is a scam, NEVER PAY these tickets, only issued by Calgary Parking Authority are legal binding tickets

Garbage. Used the 2-hour free parking across from Foothills. Printed the receipt, put it on my dash. Apparently 3 minutes later, had a ticket on my windshield. Crooked company. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Supervisor Carla - incredibly rude, unaccommodating, disrespectful, ignorant and condescending when asked for an understanding of why/how I needed to register my plate when running in and out of an establishment... awful.

What this company does should be illegal. Harassment and theft is all they're good for. Do not pay your tickets they have no authority. Do your research and save your money.

Can post without choosing 1 start but they honestly don't deserve even that.

Never experience anything like it. My son apparently received a ticket from Westpark which was not on his windshield. Six months later, as the car is registered under my name, I received a notice that it has been sent to collections. I was shocked that I received a text from a collections agency in BC called Wiggins. How did they get my cell #?????? I contact the collections agency who recommended I contact Westpark. What a mistake that was. The women on the phone would not let me speak which made me extremely angry and wasn't at all willing to listen to anything I had to say. She ended up hanging up on me. Are you kidding. This is not over and I am going to speak to the police and see what my options are here. Do not want something so ridiculous to affect my credit.

I got two tickets here ($225) . However, I paid both times. Once I forgot to display the ticket. The other, I went 6 minutes over the paid time. I tried to call them to appeal at least the first ticket but it was useless. They sent letters to my house telling me that my vehicle will be towed and that they are going to send me to a collection agency. I don't want to enrich or empower bullies like this. They abuse people!.

I was going to pay for parking when buddy goes up to my vehicle and gives me a ticket as I'm yelling at him (Rick) with my stroller beside me. He just shrugs and goes to the next vehicle. I'm like did you just seriously give me a ticket and he's like yes. I called the office to tell them what happened and had some rude af lady pretty much say there was nothing they could do but put it to 50$ instead of 65$ she was supposedly the supervisor and said there was no way to "fight" the ticket. What kind of crook company is Indigo?!

I actually paid to be in the lot at Kensington Gate and because we put the Licence plate number in wrong they are only going to charge me $50.00. I called and said there was a mix up and I have my receipt. They told me "We don't know that it was you" and our system will not let us think for ourselves so you are just going to have to pay it. Worst company ever, worst customer service ever and don't worry I will never park in your lot again. Neither will anyone I know. If my company treated people the way yours does we would be out of business and I hope one day that is exactly what happens to you.

Single handily the worst company yet. I had a valid pass everything was completely alright I forgot my pass in my glove compartment and they issued me a 65 dollar ticket? Assholes suggested 15 dollars was the most they could do to reduce it since I had forgotten to display. Seriously? Go screw yourselves!!
