WestRock Images is a production company based out of Calgary, Alberta providing cinematography services to anywhere in the world.

WestRock Images has been in business since 2002 creating high level images for well over a decade now. From broadcast productions and documentaries to corporate training videos, WestRock brings its skill and experience to every job. With the focus on video images well entrenched, WestRock decided to take up the stills side of image acquisition to complement the video portion. With the ability to do both WestRock Images brings a dynamic set of skills to the production process.

Jamie Ross has been creating high impact imagery for video productions for well over a decade. He creates unique images for the “story telling” style of documentaries, fast action pace of sporting events, unscripted reality shows, corporate productions, and music concerts.
Because of the wide variety of the type of videography Jamie does he has experience in remote location shooting, extreme cold weather, helicopter shooting, and extensive travel shooting both in Canada and internationally. As well Jamie has completed the Sea Survival and Underwater Escape Training course for helicopter shooting over the Beaufort Sea. He is fully equipped with the proper PPE for any industrial job.
Jamie particularly enjoys the challenge of outdoor shooting in the mountains or any type of wilderness and as a result has received such awards as The Playback Best Canadian Documentary Award and The Sovereign Documentary Award.
From shooting in the high Arctic and cold winters of Northern Alberta to the heat and oppressive conditions of snake grabbing in the Mississippi Bayou he has been there and done that and as a result brings a wealth of knowledge to any production.
