Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve had great results with their products and will happily continue to use the products and services at Westside Laser.

I visited today for my first Glow peal but I have been a client for over 7 years. The decor is very welcoming and more like a spa then a clinic. I continue to book treatments here because their team is so knowledgeable and well trained. It is important to me to know the team is continuing to learn the newest treatments but only recommends a specific plan based on my concerns.

Bad customer service, please be aware all they care about is your money!.
I had an appointment at 1:30 pm so I called them in the morning the same day of my appointment around 9:00 am to confirmed it and they did. I received a phone call around 1:20 pm telling me that they needed to cancel my appointment to give my time to another client. To my understanding the other client was more important than me as Westside Laser already had my money, since I had already purchased a $1,250 treatment package. The worst part I was already in the parking lot and I didn't stand up for myself. Due to the economical recession I lost my job
and I was forced to move out of Calgary meaning I'm not going to be able to complete the package I purchased. I decided to send them an email to ask for my money back to what they refused to do so, sending me a link to read their policy. I sent Sean Carson an email back for him to reconsider it as the circumstances has changed, explaining him the financial struggles I'm going through as a single mom and how much in need of that money I am. I haven't heard back from Sean which confirms to me that all they care about is money and humanitarian reasons are not valid to him neither to Westside Laser. I just wish they can realize that the key to succeed in any business is customer care and customer satisfaction. I'm very disappointed is an understatement , I wish I never have to deal with them in first place and took my money somewhere else. I don't recommend this place at all, if you want to save yourself a bad moment take your money where they value you as a customer.

I have been going to West Side Laser since August 2016. Every visit is a pleasant one and I feel totally comfortable discussing my wishes and what I would like my outcomes to be. Every service provided has lived up to my expectations. Francis is a wonderful woman, knowledgeable and cares about her work and her clients. Maggie is a gem and lights up the whole office. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Do not go to Westside Laser for tattoo removal!!! I bought a package for my tattoo removal called the "Total removal guarantee", they estimated it to take 13 sessions and after going there for many more sessions my tattoo which is the size of a quarter is still not removed.
Now they recently told me that my package is expired and all of a sudden, the manager or owner Sean, wants me to pay $200 per session! My sessions took about 2 minutes. How can they call it a "Total Removal Guarantee" and not honour those words??? The manger Sean said they cannot go on treating my tattoo forever. They should have never guaranteed the removal in the first place!! I know that I am not the only customer they have done this to. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that a business would treat customers like this. Obviously their lasers are not effective. Please take your business elsewhere.

Poor customer service!! I do not recommand that you do buisness here. I bought a package for my tattoo removal called the "Total removal guarantee", they estimated it to take 8 sessions and, with the package, I had an extra year to get it removed at one session every 2 months.
I have probably had about 13 sessions and my tattoo is almost gone but now they recently told me that my package is done. I had previously asked the staff about if it would be ok to keep doing it till its all removed and they told me no problem.
Now all of a sudden, the manager or owner Sean, wants me to pay $132 per session! My sessions took about 5 minutes...are they crazy??? $132 for 5 minutes!!
I wouldn't recommend going here for tattoo removal. Obviously their lasers aren't very good seeing we've gone over the estimated removal sessions, by quite a bit. And maybe that's on purpose so you have to pay for extra sessions afterwards...at a ridiculous price! Buyer beware!

Payed 200$ for each laser tattoo removal with no results. Have since gotten it lasered somewhere else with good results. Maybe it's the place for other things but not for tattoo removal. Go somewhere else.

I have to say my experience with this place has been incredible. In 2013 or so when I was looking for a place to treat facial veins this was the only location where the owner called me personally and answered all my questions and gave excellent information. I was worried about the documented possible bad things that can happen with IPL (mainly some places want to save money and will stretch out the bulb life and turn up the power to compensate which can have many undesirable cosmetic effects) BUT! West side is the only place that changes theirs even more often than the manufacturers recommendation! Just because they're that interested in doing right by you. Everything I've gone to them for was given the most careful consideration and skill/knowledge set. I am so happy I found them, you will not regret your experience with them!
