DON'T ever go here.. Fat East Indian looking guy is the RUDEst person in Calgary, maybe in whole of Canada. The place is OLD and DIRTY like the attitude of the owner/staff. Don't spend your money here, machines RIP you OFF... Takes forever for the soap to come out on soap mode and clean water on rinse mode. The rude owner should be deported.. his attitude has no place here in Canada, does not respect his customers.

I used this place mainly because this is the only car wash in this area. I liked the products and credit card facility.

However, the owner is very rude and basically has no manners. I am sure he will be taught a lesson to respect the customers if he keeps this attitude.

There are absolutely no instructions anywhere how to use the manual car wash.

The only employee was unwilling to help as he had to leave the till. This leave you in spot if you have any issues using the system.

The facility is not maintained at all:

- The manual wash bays are not cleaned after the previous vehicles move away. There is lot of dirt and debris on the floor from the previous washes.
- The credit card machine at the touchless does not work. You would have to go to the till anyways and be ready to be charged twice.
- The code on the receipt printed for the touchless at the till is not readable. The till manager writes the code by pen. I have found they have been wrong on multiple occasions and you have to walk back to get a new code.
- The speaker at the touchless bay is broken. This can barely understand the instructions.

From the looks of it the owner has no intentions of providing a good service to the customers. He does bare minimum to keep the place from falling apart. This place needs a major overhaul. All systems are out of date or need major repairs.

Avoid if possible. There are better car washes in the near by areas try them instead.

I encountered a problem with the credit card machine a few weeks ago. I telephoned the company, and promptly received a telephone call from the owner (or manager) who personally resolved the problem, going far above and beyond what I expected. Their customer service is outstanding, which will keep me returning. I have been a patron of this car wash for several years now and find that it offers good value, the facility is clean, and I have brought many of my vehicles there. I look forward to returning and continuing my patronage with this company. I would highly recommend this car wash.

CC charged for $14.50, spoke to someone he said it is preauthrisation should charge what ever it suppose to. In day or two it should balance out, if not he will manually correct it. But it balanced out and charged the correct amount.

Horrible experience! Would give this business 0 stars if I could. Waited in a 3 car line for over an hour and finally asked the employee what the hold up was. I was then informed that the bay would no longer be in service after the vehicle ahead of me, that just finished washing had departed. Although I understand that certain bays may need to be closed for service or etc, it is NOT acceptable for an employee to repeatedly walk by and disregard an entire line up of vehicles waiting without being informed that the bay was now closed. There were no signs or anything put out to signify the bay would no longer be in service and that the vehicle ahead of me would be the last vehicle allowed in the bay. Extremely disappointed and a huge waste of over an hour. I Don't recommend attempting to deal with the people at this business.
