My apple computer was shutting down randomly and at one point decided not to turn on at all. I decided to see if I could have it repaired and found west world. They fixed my computer but the timeline they gave me for repair was changed multiple times. If you are looking for a repair on an apple device I would say they are worth visiting.

I had an issue with sending mail in my iMac. Technical support through Shaw couldn't resolve this issue and Apple support was of no help but fortunately they did refer me to WestWorld. Rollie diagnosed, and fixed, the problem in a matter of minutes and it was so straightforward (for someone who clearly knows what he is doing) that there was no charge. If I ever have a problem, or when I want to replace any apple product, I will not hesitate to go directly to WestWorld.

Rollie did an amazing job servicing our iMac. Very friendly, professional, and they explain exactly what they are doing. Support a local business with a personal touch!

Jessie provided me with great customer service. I came in with a new-to-me MacBook Pro, he gave me honest and informative advice. On top of that, the service was very quick and efficient.

Tried Genius Bar and Memory Express with 10 year old iMac, but WestWorld was the hero! Jesse and Rollie were thorough, thoughtful and explained everything clearly and honestly. Successfully retrieved data for me. I am highly statisfied with their service. I have booked in a few macs to be serviced. Some of them were finished ahead of time and other needed some time to be worked on and Rollie was updating me on what is going on with each repair everyday. Data recovery was excellent too, he calls me regarding the progress of the data recovery. Will do business with them again. Staff is friendly and straight forward.
