I have been taking my Honda here for years! I take it in for oil changes a few times a year, even though it's more expensive than your standard Mr. Lube. I really appreciate how thorough their inspections are when they do the oil changes. Honda techs know Hondas best, and I trust them to let me know if I need any work done to my car. I've heard people say that dealerships try and rip you off and tell you that your car needs repairs it doesn't, but I honestly have not found that at all with these guys. That being said, their services are more expensive, so while I do get them to do repairs from time to time, I will also take my car to other places if I can get it done significantly cheaper.

Website is misleading... this is not a standard drive through oil change service... 2 separate departments. One side does oil changes tire swaps and the other side is the standard service department. Was a little confusing as i was thinking I could drive up to the bay... and wait in the car like a standard drive thru oil change place.

Just park your car.. go in... and the guys are nice and easy to deal with. Don't hesitate. No unnecessary work pushed on me. Was a good experience.

Nice waiting room in main showroom. With excellent coffee and real cups. The guys will come get you when your done.

Price for oil change was good. Your average wait time is 1 to 1.5hr once you drop off. They can do more than oil change if needed. Way better than a quick lube place.

1st time servicing at a Honda dealer. Puts any GERMAN or gm dealer to shame. Thanks!

The crew in the service area/reception was very annoying. Old guy, white hair. I've dealt with him a lot of times. Been a customer of Wheaton for 6 years now. Came for a battery check/load test to see if it fails. If it did, i was going to buy a new battery. Charging me $50 for a test is absurd. I showed up 3 hours before the closing time and he was complaining about it too. I took the battery to Magnacharge battery Store and not only he tested the battery for free but gave me a great price on a new one. I've had Honda's for ever. Small things and gestures like this make a life time customer. Dealership prices are high and i understand that but don't rip people off Honda.

I don't have a good experience with Wheaton Honda (Service dept. in particular). I purchased a new odyssey 2018 (all-new van) and I found an annoying problem from the second day. The service dept. identified the problem after the 3rd visit but couldn't resolve it. It is a serious issue when you have a problem in your new, expensive car.
I wish I didn't buy the car or at least I had it from another dealer.
Service dept is good in "oil change". Wheaton Honda is good in selling. (WH does not deserve more than 2 stars).
My advice to all is: Service dept. is more important than the dealership itself. if you want to buy a car, make sure that the dealership has a good service dept.

Visited the used cars department to check the CR-v range. The sales manager was a decent chap and was very helpful. The sales person who took over was disinterested and was giving sporadic and very little information on the car we were viewing. He did not even offer a test drive! I was put off by his attitude and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Didn't have a problem making a deal based off of Unhaggle.

Dealt exclusively through email and didn't push high-pressure sales tactics. Price was exactly as stated after dealing with email communication. No bait-and-switch when I went to pick up the car for the amount discussed (2017 Honda CR-V).

Didn't waste any of my time or theirs when I went in.

Very accommodating. Would deal with Arron Paulson again.

I had wonderful service from the used sales department (Nick) and the financing department (Shannon). Both of these individuals were respectful, caring and flexible and did whatever they could to meet my needs as a customer. I would definitely recommend Wheaton Honda.

The sales staff are great. I am happy with my car.
The service staff are extremely rude!!!!!!!!! I got free oil changes with my purchase so I unfortunately have to keep coming here. The dark haired lady at the service desk is always rude and acts like I am the biggest inconvenience. I dropped my key off today for a service tomorrow and she made me feel like I shouldn't be here. I am hoping my key is not purposely lost because she seemed to really not like me. This is not the first time the service desk staff were rude

Absolutely the best car shopping experience ever! (I've shopped a lot) TYLER BULMER is excellent. Supremely knowledgeable and not pushy at ALL. Really has our best interests as a family in mind. In the process of buying my second vehicle here. SERVICE is also quick and inexpensive!
