Good and honest service with a fair price.

Needed some lug nuts. Called ahead and was told they were in stock. Ahh no there not. Wasted trip and then a two day run around... We think they are here??? We will phone you. No Call. What a waste of time. Ordered on Amazon and 30% cheaper. Tried to support local but this was poor service. Wont go back.

Not much to say because they did nothing. I asked for 5 x 115 wheels/rims (Dodge). The clerk offered 5 x 114.3 (why would I want the wrong configuration?). He stated they don't have any 5 x 115 and they don't place "custom" orders. I spent about 3-4 minutes in the shop. Not sure why they call themselves wheel pros. I went to real wheel pros, a tire store, and got the rims I needed.

Instead of buying wheel nuts at Canadian Tire or similar cheap place I went to Wheel"Pro's". All I wanted was to get a shorter nuts so I can install my center cups on my wheels. Those Nuts they sold me stripped and broke 16 of 20 my wheel studs. So I can't put any nut on them right now, renting a car and need to replace all studs. I installed all nuts by hand and tight them down with torque wrench for 130, exactly how manual said and nobody was able to take them off without braking my studs. I was told I crosstreaded and overtight them, so I am a dummy and crosstreaded 16bolts. I did this 1000 times before and never have a problem. My studs were always in great shape. They are not now. Thank you, great attitude. No help at all.

Tried to get centre caps for used rims I purchased recently. These guys are clueless. They asked me who manufactured the rim, I said I'm not sure. If I knew who manufactured the rim I would have ordered directly from them. Limited knowledge and VERY limitrd inventory. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

I got a great deal on 4 new Cooper tires and brand new rims for the summer. I always come to Wheel Pro's and get studded winter tires. Best traction on ice I highly recommend it!

Won't bore you with the finer details, but basically I wasn't happy with the customer service I received from the lady who serves the customers, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. However they have completed the install I need and at the fraction of the price the dealership wanted and the lady seemed more friendly the last time we spoke (may be she was having a bad day before). I would use them again.
