Holistic and complementary Reiki and crystal energy healing provided by Emma Louise Dajavs, Level 3 Usui Reiki Master.

Reiki is a complimentary therapy in which universal energy is harnessed and channelled onto the client in order to promote the healing of health, emotional, psychological and spiritual issues.
Should the client wish, I also use crystals and essential oils to further channel and promote the healing process.
Treatments generally last 40 minutes, with the whole session lasting for 60 minutes. This allows time at the beginning of a session to discuss any particular areas that the client feels needs attention, and time at the end to ground the client and discuss how the treatment went. The treatment is partially hands-on and partially working over the aura (a few inches above the body). The general focus is on the head, shoulders, legs, the seven main chakra points and the legs. I work intuitively, allowing myself to be guided to where there is a need for healing through intuition and the sensations in my hands.
The healing room has an extremely calming energy. Essential oils are diffused during a treatment and the playing of reiki music is an option to the client too. As mentioned before, crystals can also be used during the healing session, along with essential oils (usually either Lavender or Frankincense), and water and dark chocolate (for the purpose of grounding! ) are offered at the end of the treatment.
As a client what can you expect from the treatment? How long is a piece of string? There is no set way that you should feel, indeed no two treatments are the same. A treatment is as individual as the person being treated. As a rough guide, these are some of the sensations and experiences people have reported - heat, cold, pressure, tingling, surfacing of old memories, releasing of emotions, immediate ease of pain.
