Wholehearted Counselling

As a Registered Psychologist I offer individual, group and couples therapy.

Being a Registered Social Worker, my background experience is in the social service’s industry specializing in youth, children and parents from high-risk populations. During my time with various social agencies, I specifically gained experience in group and individual work with adolescents. Since gaining my Masters of Arts in Counselling, I have worked in a general practice with a variety of clients and presenting issues. I have also worked in a non-profit organization and have specialized experience in addictions and trauma.

While I have been educated in a variety of therapeutic methods, my approach is grounded in an integration of neuroscience, attachment, and other forms of therapy focusing on trauma and emotion. My goal for my clients include addressing their present needs while also bringing awareness as to the underlying causes of their current struggles. This reflects my passion of helping my client’s discover integrated holistic healing.
