It's almost the weekend! Time to treat yourself to something freshly baked, flaky and delicious.

User

Looking back to when the bakery first opened. A lot has changed since 2005, but the Wild Flour is still one of Banff's top local hangout spots. And we still bake everything fresh inhouse!

The sun is out this morning Banff - make the most of it and grab a coffee outdoors!

User

Things you won't find in our bread: artificial colours, preservatives and dough conditioners. Things you will: Canadian flour, water, salt, yeasts and a ton of delicious flavour.

User

Mountain weather is unpredictable, but you can always depend on grilled cheese.

User

Yummy food, great staff, wonderful food and coffee and, a totally awesome breathtaking view out their front window. The only place open early during off season and a total treat. Makes me wish I lived in Banff....: - (

User

Wild Flour was a lovely cafe for a leisurely breakfast with my daughter during our roadtrip around Banff. We enjoyed good coffee and tasty menu options outside in a pleasant court yard.

User

When traveling we always ask the locals where to get good eats. We were not disappointed.

User

We’ve been to Wild Flour a few times during our stay in Banff and each time the service is great.., friendly and polite. The food and coffee is also good so I’d definitely recommend it for brekky and lunch. Cheers to Wild Flour

User

We stopped by this afternoon for coffee and had the veggie foccacia. OMG so much awesome packed into this bakery! You guys are rocking it! Wild Flour will definitely be a regular stop for us next time we come to town!

User

Was recommended, first stop in Banff today. Had croissant and coffee outside in the sun with a beautiful view. When I was done I went back inside and bought 6 more croissants and a sourdough bread to bring home. I would recommend it heartily.

User

The staff were so friendly, yummy pastries, & baking too. The coffee was made by a kiwi chick & it was the best brew we had in this town.

Thanks Wild Flour for being our local during our stay here.

User

Stumbled onto this wonderful little cafe on a holiday to Banff recently. Returned to Australia and wishing that every morning, I could grab a coffee and muffin there! Can't wait to come back!

User

Really good, fresh food. Coffee is really good too. Come early to avoid the crowd. My wife and I stayed in Banff for several days recently, and had planned to go to different places for breakfast. But after the first visit to Wild Flour, we visited 3 mornings straight.

User

Love the fare, love the atmosphere.

User

I'm Italian and trust me when I say that the cappucino at Wild Flour is one of the best that I ever had outside Italy! In love with it 😍

User

I have a gluten intolerance and am allergic to eggs, among other things. This cafe made my heart smile. Me and my husband were on a road trip and loaded up on their yummy wild seed bar and muffins for the road. Great food and very friendly staff! Highly recommend this place, especially to those with dietary restriction.

User

Had a wholesome and yummy breakfast here. The coffee was EXCELLENT!! The staff were efficient and friendly, in particular the middle aged gentleman behind the counter. He made each and EVERY customer feel welcome and cared for. Well done Wild Flour ... sorry we can't make it back this time round.

2 Aussie girls thank you :)

User

For two Aussies travelling in Canada a good coffee is essential to start the day and Wild Flour does a real flat white! Great sandwich, classic grilled cheese fully dressed (with tomato and bacon)!

User

Awesome place to meet and eat! Friendly staff, delicious menu and relaxed seating outside. Caters really well for anyone with a gluten intolerance as well. A must if you're in town!

User

Well worth a visit for good coffee and something to eat. The brownies are fab, nice and chewy, the size is good portion. We visit there every time we go to Banff.

User

Lovely place selling good coffee and amazing produce all made on the premises. We had a chai latte, coffee, ham sandwich and a carrot cake, very nice.

User

Being someone with special dietary requirements, some of the staff go out of their way to ensure what I was receiving met those requirements. On some days I kind of feel like I am bothering them with my questions, but they still get the answers I need despite it. On other days I feel very welcomed despite my questions.

Other than that, this is a great shop that is always busy for a reason. They have a good simple selection of a range of interesting foods and the coffee has always been great.

Their options of vegan sweets are great, I just wish they had vegan meals, too!

Definitely check it out if you're in town. Despite the amount of people, you're never waiting an excessive amount of time for your food or coffee.

One hint: if you buy a certain foods (croissants, sandwiches etc), you have to ask for them to be toasted because the cashier won't prompt you on it and then you have to awkwardly hand it back and wait again for your food.

User

Wild Flour has really gone down hill over the years. Growing up in Banff i'v been a customer since it's opening. When Wild Flour first came to town it was great and not to overly expensive, Now they have significantly raised the prices on all there food and made it noticeably smaller. Their croissants are a good example of how small their baked good are now. The price of there focaccia bread has jumped from $2.75 to $4.50 over the years and is now to expensive for what you get.

They also decided to stop their local discount witch is disappointing and really takes away any incentive for a local to get coffee or food here. Unfortunately Banff has enough tourism to keep this place going even with there overpriced food, bad service and noticeably smaller portions.

Banff deserves a better bakery.
