This registry is open late for the people who work late hours. They are all very helpful and made it easy for myself and my husband to get what we need.

Went to get a sole proprietorship and the onlu guy that could do this job cashed his till out 15mins prior to closing.. awesome.. now off to richmond road registry where i might actually get service

I took my road test with David. Horrible experience. For example, as I was driving he told me to go right at the traffic lights and as I was going the traffic lights were green then turned amber as soon as I started turning and I still had time before the traffic light even went to red. He later told me I went on a red light. Which I know I didn't and I did everything right.
If you go here, ask for someone else. Other people have complained about him and he is way too harsh.

The staff here are good, friendly and always ready to help. It is a great place to do business.

I've been using this registry since I was first old enough to drive, and I've never gotten anything other than fast, friendly service.

Great staff! Took my road test have pretty bad anxiety with people watching me. My instructor was wonderful. Not too hard on me for mistakes I made. I passed. Would highly recommend!

Cannot believe what an excellent experience I just had. Over phone/email had my business registration and details updated within an hour.

I bought a bith certificate for my baby here. The staff is helpful although they tried to charge me if I wanted to pay by credit card. I didn't pay that because I paid by cash. It took me $45 to buy the certificate. Since I didn't know if it was expensive, I checked the cost in the registry on Centre street north which happened 2 years ago. That birth certifcate bought in the Centre Street registry cost me $46.25, so I think the price in Wild Rose Registry is not so high.

Without exception, the staff have been deliberately blatantly rude, and on occasions when we called for information, they either refused to give it to us, insulted us, or they gave partial information and omitted important facts. Later it turns out, they knew what was necessary, e.g. for certain licences, and just couldn't be bothered to or didn't want to tell us. The truly ignorant woman who seemed to be the manager in 2016 even told us to go to the government, and yet they do the driving tests there...? She also told someone we know - a senior, who enquired if they could re-do their driving test because theirs had expired, that they shouldn't even be on the road.
The unnecessary nastiness of the women at this office seems to be something that needs treatment of some kind by health professionals. Are the personnel at this office really not answerable to anyone?
They need to hire a few stable people to dilute this abhorrent attitude.
