Excellent customer service! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I bought a gift today and ask the lady in cash for a paper, she asked me to wait and then she went to the back with the item that i bought when she came back my items are boxed and wrapped nicely. Thank you so much Gail Ann! You made my day!

Staff is rude and pretentious.... but the store and products are beautiful.

This place does not support warranty service and will not offer to help . I purchased a high end espresso machine and when it broke after just 3 months I was referred to Phillips Canada to deal with warranty. Mike at Williams Sonoma did nothing to help me. I will not shop there again.

We usually find what we need here, and the customer service is probably the main reason we shop here. They may be able to meet a sale price from a competitor, or match what's online, if the price is not already lower, just ask. When we're looking for value for the kitchen, this is where we start.
