Went there for business registry checking. Nice workers there, helpful and really care. bought a box of Tim and hope it can show my appreciation.

The fact that this registry has anything less than a 3-star rating from anyone shows how many people tried it first.



Having been to a half-dozen registries in Edmonton, each time hoping for something resembling better service than one gets at a proctologist, this is the first I'll gladly go back to.



They are quick (compared to other registries) and friendly. They even take credit cards (most don't).



Will totally go back!

Super helpful and courteous staff person. I think she is the manager (Not sure of her name) but always ready to help. Thank you.

Efficient service delivered by knowledgeable, friendly staff!

Rude, unprofessional staff. Building is nice, location is great but they do not have the ability to provide services beyond paying quick fines or renewals.

Unprofessional and poor handling of their mistakes.

This place is a sham for your money and time



For one thing, we were attempting to schedule a driver's test and suddenly had to reschdule but we were unable to online which we were told to go to the registry to reschedule. We made it the registry prior to the 48hr no reschedule policy yet they wanted us to pay an extra 25$ to reschedule still and would not budge. Not only this but we were told that the instructor there was free all day so it wouldn't be an ordeal but they still absolutely needed this from us.



To carry on with the instructor being free all day of the test, we had arrived the day of the test 15 minutes prior to it as asked online. Only to see that the instructor was not there and we waited for him for about 20 minutes as he arrived he began setting himself up for another 15 minutes in total. Yet we were told he was completely free that entire day.



Moving on to the experience of the road test, the instructor (short, brown man, balding with glasses) assured me the only time he would speak was to tell me directions. Yet at any given intersection we were at he would suddenly speak up to tell me not to do something or to watch myself as if I were doing something wrong. Listening to that advice, I would stop and listen to him then he would immediately queston why I did that. It was as if he was simply trying to psych me out so that I would fail. Not only this but he had failed me for not JERKING when I stopped at a stop sign. When the test was over he told me that you need to feel the entire car JERK when you stop otherwish it isn't a real stop.



Overall, I can say that I wouldn't trust this registry with my money or time because they are only wanting to take it simply to take it not to offer you a real and genuine service.

Terrible service, booked an advanced road test and the instructor was so late that I had to wait over an hour. It's over an hour because they ask you to come 15 minutes early, I guess their time is worth more than mine after I pay. lol

Rude manager when I called to ask something very important she answered me like she's not the manager very unprofessional!!! The owner of this place need to do something!

Rude employee. We talked to the one on the left (usually just 2 ladies at the front) trying to book a spot for road test but the schedule didn't fit ours. Her explanation was rude and that we could not cancel the appointment (and no, we have not paid yet). This is not the first time we got that attitude from her. The manager really needs to do something!

I can't give anything less than a single star.
