This place is very professionally managed and very clean. Their deals are unbelievable. The space is quaint and comfortable. I was very nervous to do my first laser treatment, however, the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. They listen to your needs and inform you on what is best for taking care of yourself. I have spent over 500 dollars on two medium areas for laser (bikini and underarms) and I can tell you it is the best 500 dollars I have ever spent. I have never had an issue. They are flexible with my schedule and send you reminders about your appointments. The owner is understanding and very professional. 100% would recommend.

I had my first Deep Pore facial with Krissy last week and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, yet calming and serene. The service itself was amazing, I left with my skin left feeling so clear and smooth. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, all the while maintaining a professional persona.

I'm newer to Calgary and this is best facial I've had. I already have my next appointment booked! I highly recommend Windfall and am looking forward to going back soon!
