I had my windshield changed by them. The front desk staff was very good at his job, he made my visit a memorable one. The service overall was good.

Came in here about two weeks ago for a windshield replacement and I'm going to add to the echo chamber of five star reviews on this establishment and say that their customer service is well above and beyond what you get at most places. Wade is a superstar was extremely helpful extremely courteous and extremely quick These guys even cleaned my car while working on the windshield I was floored. Cannot recommend their services enough, these people deserve your business

Just got my windshield replaced on my vehicle the other day and I couldnt have asked for better service. Wade at the desk was super friendly and helpful and all the other staff were great. They even vacuumed out the interior and wiped down my dash. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, excellent price! They even washed the rest of my windows and sprayed down my floor mats! I was very pleased with their quick and friendly service. The front office guy was fantastic and very personable! We'll be back, but hopefully not too soon!

I called to have my windshield replaced and they got me in the next day with an unbelievable price. But that's not why I write this review. The next day I came in, Wade and his team helped to fix my windshield at a timely manner. It's done fast and efficient.

Again, this still is not the reason why I wrote this review. When I drove home, I found out there was a scratch on the windshield and it gave me a headache due to a distorted view. I call Wade right away and explained about the problem. I told him I had a plane to catch and won't be back in 2 weeks. He said to call him when I got back from my vacation.

Two weeks later, I called and wade set me up the appointment for the next day. When I came in, he got a new glass ready for me and replace my windshield in a timely manner. This made me write this review.

Windshield Surgeon NE is very fortunate to have Wade on their team. I respect and trust Wade personally and indirectly trust the company as a whole. Wade represents the company practising its policy and direction. Everyone makes mistake. However, listening to customer's concerns and learning from your mistake make you the best person or company. It's even above making no mistake at first. Wade, even though just a young man, demonstrates his honesty and willing to make things better. This makes me feel like bowing in front of him. He definitely gains my trust and indirectly, the company also gains my trust, too. The company saves my money by giving me such a good deal and Wade gained my trust through keeping his promise, providing fast service, listening and understanding my concerns , and correcting the mistake. All this made me not only wanting to come back to Wade again but also recommending everyone I know to come to this place.

This is why Windshield Surgeon is so succeeded and it's very smart to have Wade on the front line😁.

Outstanding service! Friendly but not pushy. Accurate quoting. And the cherry on top: because I work close to their location, my truck got picked up and dropped off free of charge! They even installed the new wipers that we had purchased already and were in the truck!

Awesome service, i went there twice for my 2 vehicles and both time great price and friendly service. I was attended by wade hodgson and no doubt both time he give me great service. Definitely recommend everyone

Great service. At first there was issues with my glass but everything was taken care of in a professional manner. Thank you Wade for handling everything so well and trying his best to make up for something that was out of their hands. There was a flaw in communication at first but perfection after that. Everyone makes mistakes, but when they do, they will go out of their way to make you feel valued. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Received a stone from a truck just south of Edmonton as we were heading to Calgary.
My wife and I continued to Calgary, looked up windscreen repairers on Google and called the first one that was closest to where we were. We got a voice system, press 1 for this, 2 for that etc. None of the options were for a customer service person for windscreen repairs.

We tried the next one, Windscreen Surgeons, from Google's search and got onto a real person quickly, he offered an appointment in 30mins and an approximate price. We headed there.
The shop was busy but the rep made quick service available.
The job was quick efficient and with a smile.

Excellent job and excellent service, highly recommend them
