Wings N Tings

Wings n Tings is a food vendor & catering company servicing the Calgary area. We take a creative approach to Jamaican cuisine by offering various jerk flavors, vegetable dishes and gluten free options.

Our main menu items are chicken & turkey wings made in 3 delicious flavors. We have stayed true to the traditional Jamaican jerk flavor by offering an authentic flavor called “original jerk”. In addition to that, we offer a barbecue jerk flavor (with a medium level of heat) and a honey jerk flavor, (with a low level of heat). Our current vegetable menu items are a coconut rice & peas dish and mango spinach salad.

We plan to become a a permanent year round vendor, at the Kingsland Farmers’ Market beginning December 1st, 2013.
