Mariya Stokes is a country artist and songwriter, with a 70s-pop flare. Growing up in the small town of Stavely, Alberta, she has been likened to modern country artists such as Kacey Musgraves and Maren Morris.
Career highlights include: Winning the award for “2016 International Modern Country Songwriter of the Year” from the North American Country Music Association Int’l for her song “Detours” | Opening for Leaving Thomas in January 2018 at their EP Release ...show at the Palace Theatre | Reaching the finals of both the 2017 Country 105 Rising Star Contest and the Project Wild 2018 showcase | Securing a place in Canada’s Incubator Artist Entrepreneur program in Toronto
Stokes has multiple artists recording and releasing songs that she co-wrote, such as Leaving Thomas (Like I Used To), Celia Palli (Paralyzed), and Devin Cooper (Nothing On You – April, 2018).
As well as taking regular writing trips to Nashville, Stokes is currently recording her debut EP with producers Spencer Cheyne and Justin Kudding at OCL Studios in Alberta and will be releasing her first single entitled “Hands On My Body”.

The Sadlier-Brown Duo likes to mix original songs with obscure vintage songs to give you a creative show. The band’s music mostly ranges from the era of the 50’s and into the 60’s. All of their music is played with an infectious solid rhythm that encourages dancing. The look and style of the band is vintage. Carolina Slim has been a professional musician for 6 years. She has released one album as a leader called Mariposa Tricolor (2016) She has traveled and singing in different places, both in festivals in Mexico (1, 2, 3, a Cantar) (Festival Internacional de Tamaulipas), has presented her project in venues of Berlin, like GreenHouse, Cafe de Bagh, Victoria Latina. She has her first album Mariposa Tricolor (2016) and has been invited to record in other projects.... Now she is composing her next album called Tierra.

Ms. Oai has been singing since the age of 3. Singing hymns in her native African language with her Mother and sister. Having a musical family helped push her into soloing for a local church Gospel choir performing at The Jubilee Auditorium opening for the Late Great Coretta Scott King ( Dr. Martin Luther King’s widow) then moving into professional Jazz performing with The Ray Charles Tribute Orchestra. She now has her own band called The X-Oai-Z’s and will be crooning her Jazz Stylings at the popular Without Papers Pizza on Dec. 21st.

The authentic forno pizzas are made to order with fresh ingredients locally grown! I'm never disappointed with which ever one I order, it's hot, fresh and damn delicious! The service is friendly and the atmosphere is so much fun. We started out watching a Prince concert, segued to The Who which brought us to some very entertaining live music! This warm, intimate environment is reminiscent of the bistros I went to in Italy. Without Papers is a delightful place to dine!

Pizza like no other place in Calgary I’ve experience, love their salads all that served with a relaxed ambiance and warmth from all that work there. A great place to experience.

Pizza is amazing; staff are cool but not pretentious. Owner is so chill. Love the live music and the atmosphere and I've never had a thinner crust. Out of this world.

Met up with friends I have not seen in many, many years and had delicious pizza and awesome tiramisu!!! Fantastic customer service.

I have been to Without Papers Pizza before with just myself and my husband and myself and my mother. Service was great and food was delicious. Yesterday was the first time there in a group of 5. Jared was our server and he was funny, charming and on the ball. Food was delicious as always and there was zero issue with splitting up the tab. Thank you.

Oh! Bonus. Even though we were chatting - seeing a Wes Anderson movie on the wall was pretty cool.

Great Pizza, awesome ambience, exceptional service. If you want a unique Pizza, something a welcome eclectic cut above the usual boring chain pizza fare offered at so many franchises, come here located in historic Inglewood! How about a thin crust Sicilian style Pizza with Elk Pepporoni or even Wild Boar, washed down with a Grizzly Paw Brewing Company Rutting Elk Red Beer from Canmore! Enjoy your meal and go for a walk in Inglewood and check out one of many interesting shops!

This is by far the best little hidden gem in Calgary. Amazing pizza and wonderful, friendly staff. We had the opportunity to sit up at the bar and watch them make everything. The staff were super awesome answering our millions of questions about the food. Make sure you make reservations especially on the weekends!! We will be back for sure.. need to try everything!!

The service was severely lacking. How? Here are some tips, from one former server to another soon to be:



1. Offer to refill water (basic).

2. Pay attention to your patron's glasses, if they are running low offer to fetch them another (basic, the more booze you serve the better your tip will be). If they approach you at the bar to order another, you are not doing your job.

3. Know the menu, as in be prepared to answer questions, memorize the 4 or 5 ice cream options, and if recommending a wine know at least the name and where it is from.

4. If walking laps around your patrons, pay attention to them and ask them how the first few bites are, before half of their meal is gone (basic).

5. Double or triple check the bill, to ensure it has the correct items on it, before passing it to your patron.



These aside, I do love Without Papers Pizza and will undoubtedly be back to fill my mouth and belly again soon.

I enjoy the atmosphere here and this was my third visit. Our pizzas and arancini were delicious but our tiramisu was quite dry and I probably wouldn’t order it again. As others mentioned the service was not great; our server was inattentive and a few people around us sounded frustrated but it’s worth the visit ! I’m sure we’ll be going back

Cool place to have a pizza... sat at the kitchen counter as it was full.. the cook took our order and was very kind... it was an art to watch him make dessert and pizza in the kitchen... the chicken pollo pizza was our favourite on the evening...

The pizza crust was super thin, tough. canned pineapple , not a-lot of cheese..really bland.

On the movie wall was a Documentary on Arnold Schwarzenegger wasn’t a great movie to watch while having dinner !

Over priced mediocre pizza. 'Blaze' makes a far better authentic Italian style pizza with fresh ingredients, and you won't feel like you've just been ripped off. Service was good, hence the two star rating.

Ordered delivery yesterday. Pizzas arrived later than quoted time and was cold. Toppings were lacking. Flavours were bland. Ordered margarita pizza had about 4 small pieces of Buffalo mozzarella on it. One slice of the shroom pizza had 3 tiny mushrooms on it. Baby Doll pizza was okay. Overall $90 for 3 pizzas not worth the value at all!! Your money is better spent at Una! I'd even recommend Famouso over this place. First and last time.

ordered pizza over the weekend and it was late they fucked up the order and forgot one of our salads and the pizza was cold. one of the pizzas had old yellow baby spinach. and it's hella expensive for shit pizza.

Would like to give 0 stars if I could. Awful service. Would never go back or recommend. Two plus hours is way too long for our order to be taken, food to be received, and bills to be brought. And our waitress was incredibly rude.

Without papers could care less about customer service or it's customers. After getting 1/2 of a delivery order incorrect, each phone call to ask if the order could be corrected was handed off at the restaurant without any follow up. Then we were left to deal with Skip the dishes which we only used as it was Without Papers delivery service. Between Without Papers and Skip the Dishes the incompetence/disrespect is overwhelming. Will never eat here again.
