Wizard has treated me really well, from Gord and Ron in Calmar to Don, Brad and Jeff and Cas in service at the Kelowna location. i've really enjoyed working with them.

We purchased our boat from Wizard lake in Kelowna and cannot say enough the people and amazing service! They go above and beyond for their customers (even driving 3.5 hours in the middle of the night to deliver and replace a prop - thanks Jake:) We couldn't be happier with our boat, thank you Wizard Marine!

There are always company's that continually exceed your expectations but we never really thank (beside with money!). So Brad and I just wanted to do a huge shout out to Steve, Clint and the crew over at Wizard Lake Marine (where we bought our Malibu) - you guys not only fixed up all our little quirks like broken light lenses and speaker pads, but you cleaned it to look brand new again, wrapped it for the 450km drive home beautifully and stored it for us while we were evacuated!! You have life long customers - just in case we weren't after last year!!! Anyone looking for a boat, accessories, service, anything - go there - nice family owned business right here in Alberta!!!!

Just took delivery of our Nautique G23 and I have to say that this has been an excellent experience. Being in sales ourselves it can be tough to be impressed- but their approach and honesty shined through and I cannot say enough about the whole transaction and even their follow up and taking care of all the smallest details even after the fact. From doing delivery to us 6 hours away in Windermere- to being available after hours by cell phone for "new user" help!

Just picked up a 2001 Malibu Sunsetter from Wizard Lake Marine in Calmar. It was refreshing to deal with the Calmar crew, I feel as I was treated as well as someone buying a 2015 boat. Ron did a great job with the boat purchase, Greg was very helpful getting me a wakeboard tower and Clint hooked me up with some nice ballasts and wake gear. Give Ron and the crew a shout for your water sports needs, they understand great customer service.

Just bought the Ronix 8.3 Wake Shaper from Don at Kelowna. Had my doubts about the product. Attached this beauty on my 2011 VLX...very impressed with this purchase! The wave is awesome!

I want to give huge props to Wizard Lake Marine! I was really worried about selecting a dealer that was 3 hrs drive way but honestly, I couldn't feel better about it. Ron and the gang at WL have treated us incredibly well. Their level of care and customer service is absolutely top notch. No games pricing, no nickel and diming, quick responses to questions, and just a real sense of being part of the WL/Nautique family. They've simply gone above and beyond. I feel like I've made a friend, not just a business acquaintance in Ron. Just a great, great experience all around. I would give more stars if I could.

I think the Ron and his family set a high standard that the employees meet. Any company would do well with the simple, honest service approach. I ask a ton of questions all the time to the service department and they have always responded. They are very busy. There is a reason.

Have not bought yet but after visiting the Kelowna location last Wednesday I have nothing but great things to say about Don and the crew.. It was very hot that day (36+) and they bent over backwards to make our family comfortable while viewing different models and colors... We looked at 6 different boats, each of them was pulled into a private bay in the back for our viewing, some boats multiple times.. We were assigned a salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgable while giving us his full attention. The dealership is amazing and worth a visit!

Excellent customer service - we are so happy with our new boat. The transaction was easy and fast even with a trade. Wizard even dropped and picked up in invermere. They did everything to make it easy. Thanks.

Big Thanks to Clint for helping us out, stranded on the lake needing parts and tools. He had the guys run out and take care of us. Not only family ran but Wizard makes you feel like apart of the family. 3rd boat with Wizard and we have never been disappointed.

Awesome people, they care about every customer that walks in either if they are buying a brand new boat or a used boat!
