Woman2Warrior/ Guy2Gladiator

Here at Easter Seals Alberta, our mission is to provide services that foster inclusion, independence and recreation for individuals with disabilities.

COURSE

The Woman2Warrior course is non-timed and covers approximately 4. 5 km of trails and terrain. It will incorporate obstacles (challenges) to test your strength, agility, balance and sense of adventure.

OBSTACLES

As a warrior you should be prepared to lift, climb, crawl, jump, run /walk, and possibly get a little wet and dirty.

We want all our warriors to feel comfortable participating. There will be lots of volunteers on course to provide support, encouragement, and assistance if needed.

Warriors remember, this is an obstacle challenge, and we encourage you to get outside your comfort zone, but if you’re just not up for an obstacle, skip it altogether. We're not going to tell!

TRAINING

Get your friends together to start training, it's a fun way to stay in shape and prepare for Woman2Warrior. Whether you sign up for a bootcamp or fitness class, or just create your own activities around your neighborhood, you'll be sure to increase your strength and endurance. Remember, you should be prepared to lift, climb, crawl, jump, run /walk!

BOOT CAMPS

Spa Lady has once again generously donated the space and staff for their amazing boot camps! They will be held at Spa Lady Westbrook and Spa Lady Canyon Meadows on Sundays. The first set will be from April 2nd - 23rd and the second set will be April 30th - May 21st. You may sign up for one set or both if the second set isn't full.
