Woodbine Shotokan Karate Club Description
Woodbine Karate Club is an established Shotokan and Kickboxing Club founded by Sensei Yuri Isakovich. Yuri is a 5th Dan Shotokan Karate Instructor and has been teaching for more than 27 years.
Woodbine Karate Club conducts formal training classes for kids, teens and adults which run daily Monday through Saturday. Karate is an effective method of self-defence and is also an excellent form of exercise and stress management. Our training helps to develop and improve flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and muscle tone which helps to foster self-esteem, self-respect, confidence, commitment and discipline.
