Woodcreek Dental Care

I could not be happier with Woodcreek Dental. My hubby has extreme phobia where dentists are concerned.

With Dr. Hartley's skill, Michale's gentle reassurances, kindness & organizational abilities along with the rest of staff's abilities and warmth Rene rode out extended extreme dental surgery. Prior he would never have gone even for a cleaning.

The treatment we've both received from everyone is bar none. So good in fact that he's moved from full sedation to gentle calming meds prior to his appointments.

I'm so happy with this result I'm switching my dental provider and have booked my own appointment for a crown.

My experience at Woodcreek Dental was pretty good! Since I have had a few negative experiences in the dentist chair in the past, I often feel tense when getting treated for a new issue. Dr. Hartley put me at ease and definitely knew what he was doing. He was efficient and he took great care in the work he was doing ( I had a couple fillings). Also, in the past, any time I have ever had a filling, I have always had to go back more than once to adjust the filling. Dr. Hartley got it right the first visit, which I really appreciated because it takes me a long time to get there. I am willing to travel a long way, even in Calgary, for a great dentist! I think he is really good at what he does. I didn't even experience any pain after. That's what usually happens. Overall, I was very happy I started seeing him.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Hartley and his team ever since we moved to the Woodcreek Community 10 years ago. All I need to say is that my husband and I will never switch dentists and they have the gentle touch and patience that is required to deal with my young children as well. We love them!

Woodcreek dental provides the best customer service experience that I have received anywhere. They know you by name and get to know your family. They are willing to work out payment options for you and sit down with you to go through your experience.
They listen to your concerns about your teeth and do what they can to make sure you are comfortable. Ask for Jessica to be your hygienist as she will painlessly clean your teeth and not lecture you.
I also used sedation dentistry to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was walked through the whole process, and it was a great experience to wake up having all my dental work done with no pain.
They are always happy and non-judgemental. 5 stars!
