Woodman Firewood

Great wood - Great people. We've been getting our wood from Woodman since they were on 156St in Edmonton and I've never had a bad batch of wood from them.
In fact, I didn't know there WAS bad wood until they moved to Spruce Grove & we tried some other sources. I learned my lesson & now we make the short drive west.

I cannot say enough good things about Woodman Firewood and their quality product and service. The wood is very dry and burns great, the delivery was on time and on schedule, and Tyler has been terrific to work with. We have already "burned" through our first order and I have just placed our second order with them. Consider me to be an advocate for your company and product and expect to hear from many of my friends!

They came out in the middle of a storm, and did an amazing job stacking the wood. It's very neatly stacked in my garage, old wood is at the top, little bits swept up, and they even made a little hole in the middle of the pile so an electrical outlet wasn't covered up!

I don't often go out of my way to do this kind of thing, but the the extra effort was noticed and appreciated.

Had a delivery of birch that wasn't season and didn't burn well. Called and spoke to Tyler. He sent out Adam and did a full exchange of the old wood for new wood. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did he help with the loading and unloading he was also incredibly knowledgable about what to look for in the wood, how to tell if it was seasoned, what to burn first and what to burn after the fire had been going for a while. Overall very pleased with the service, and how they dealt with the issue. Will continue to order with them in the future!

Have used Woodman Firewood the past few seasons. The birch is nice and dry, never had any issues.

I just enjoyed my first fire this season (a few weeks too early in my opinion) and used birch for the first time from Woodman. My house smells amazing!!
The prices were amazing and the customer service was above par at each step of the querying, ordering and delivery of this product.
I will most definitely be a return customer.
