I have purchased all of my vehicles from Woodridge over the past 10 years. They never cease to amaze me! This July, they just recently found my dream truck for me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I needed to be able to haul a horse trailer two days after the purchase and they bent over backwards, searched the city for a special hitch and had it installed and ready for me just in time!
They also stand behind their product and take pride in what they do...
The sales staff helped make the large purchase go smoothly and not too terribly stressful!
Their customer service is by far more superior than most!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Woodridge. The recent truck I bought had some issues that were not the fault of Woodridge but they handled the issue excellent. No hesitation in doing whatever it took to fix the issue and make me happy from sales management. My salesman James was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. Woodridge is the best Ford dealership in Calgary in my opinion

After a lengthy process of emails and phone calls back and forth, in regards to my previous review.. my issue was finally resolved nearly five months later. Either way the end result is my fixed speakers so I’m very pleased. Jeff Hantos was really pushing for this to get done. Thanks again for everything, it’s much appreciated!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Woodridge, and Curtis Thompson. Curtis is an honest, outgoing and very helpful representative. He shares the important information and helped us get what we needed without ever making us feel obligated or pressured to make decisions. He is committed to helping, to the point of staying an hour after close to ensure our delivery was complete and finished properly. Thea in finance was awesome too! Thanks guys, see you again soon!

Just bought a vehicle from Woodridge for the second time. First vehicle purchased was an Edge that I was very happy with. Due to an accident, after which my Edge was deemed unrepairable, I had to find a (new) vehicle. Contacted Travis with my spending limit and wish list and he was able to suggest several possibilities within a day. Took an Escape on a test drive with Zabi who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, even showed me how the park assist works (very cool feature) and ended up purchasing that vehicle. Both purchases and every service visit have been simple and seamless and staff are always great.

I just purchased my second vehicle from woodridge ford. I dealt with Curtis this time and had a great experience. I received a fair. Price and had my vehicle delivered on time. Would definitely buy there again in future.

my experience at woodridge ford has been the worst ever. I have a new 2017 f350 dually that I have paid big $ for. It all started when I brought it in for my overhead console that had a malfunctioning light and moon roof controls. I left it with them for two days and got a call saying it was ready for pick up and it was fixed. Got there to pick it up and it was NOT fixed, in fact it was even worse than when I brought it in and in addition had dirt all over my head liner. so I had to wait till a new console came in and they fixed it the next week.
another time, I brought it in for two slow leaks on two of my rear tires. Turns out it was the valve steams so they said they needed these special valve steams from Edmonton and I had to wait two days, so I said fine just fixe it. I picked it up and they didn't have the original valve steams and didn't even have valve covers on them and they left the rimes filthy with soap solution. this weekend I decided to wash the truck and get that gunk off and to my surprise one of the valve steams was still leaking and both of my aluminum rimes where all scratched around the valve steams that they changed. So this morning I went to show them these rimes and valve steams and told them they needed to be changed. I went early to get this done because the truck has to go out of town next week to work and I needed this done asap. Long story short, I just received a text from my service rep at 3:30 saying that she was off tomorrow and she needed approval from her manager for the rims because they are $650 each(not my problem) but I still have to wait till Wednesday( which they had all day to do) for this to get approved and that means ordering later this week which probably means not going to be fixed by Friday. I cringe at the though of handing over my keys to them. Safe to say that once this issue is resolved they will not see my truck again.
Also when they did my oil change on my diesel engine they put that small reminder sticker on my window with the time and millage it was due next. they wrote down 3 months or 5000km on it. My diesel requires oil change every 6 months or 12000km. make me wonder if they even done that right.

I went into Woodridge along with another competitor to buy a newer vehicle for me. Josh was our sales guy and was very friendly and professional! Everyone at Woodridge was amazing....we ended up going with them for the purchase. We are very pleased! Josh helped make our sale quick and easy! He was great and I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I bought a Ford Escape & it was the best decision I have made vehicle wise so far. My sales representative Josh Whiteley was amazing! He went above & beyond all expectations to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, for an awesome price. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to make sure everything worked out perfectly & answered all questions I had about my new car in a timely manor. I highly recommend buying from Woodridge Ford!

I just purchased a newer used vehicle from Woodridge Ford on 02/11/17. Was a very good experience dealing with my salesman, Sean Spriggs as well with the finance manager, Ali Beal. I also booked a service appt. to get an after market device installed for the next weekend. Unfortunately the next day, a sunday, my vehicle became disabled due to an unknown electrical issue. I was able to communicate with Sean on the sunday and he promptly set up a repair to my vehicle first thing Monday morning. Not only did he and the service mgr( my apologies for not remembering his name) come to my residence to get my vehicle going, they had the issue repaired as well as the after market parts installed by end of day Monday saving me the additional service appt. Kudos to Sean and the entire staff at Woodridge Ford.

I've had overall good results with their service department. It's not perfect, but they have always stepped up and accepted responsibility if there was an issue, whether it was throwing in a free oil change or reducing a charge etc.. Service waiting area is nice, spacious and has pretty good coffee.

I went in for a service. The people were honest didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. The price was good(better then the quick places).
