Bow Valley College offers a flexible, no-cost, online course for Permanent Residents who live in southern Alberta.

Workplace Communication helped Permanent Residents develop workplace soft skills, such as nonverbal communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Each participant is paired with a local mentor. The program contains 16 hours of online training, and 10 hours of mentoring meetings.

Average length of time to completion is 10 weeks.
