With a few exceptions this gym had a fast turn over for staff and it shows. Watch your bills because they will abuse the payments ( two $500 payments "by accident" within 7 days) subscription training is a scam. Lockers are dirty with constant shower and steam room issues.

Club offers many amenities and services. Equipment is a little older but still in good shape and well kept.

Great staff, trainers are helpful and not too pushy. Great facility, nice that they have an instep scale for members, Curtis is a great trainer!

Staff here are always super nice and willing to help. Well maintained environment and equipment. Change room is always clean and showers/sauna are as well.

I am absolutely impressed with World Health on Macleod. They go out of their way to help people get set up on programs. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the facility overall looks great. The staff are all very friendly--and the two staff that I have worked with remember my name! Membership fees are CHEAP. They even have steam sauna and towel service. Their trainers are top notch. I'm a former powerlifter and bodybuilder.

Great gym and great locker room. Large amount of space gives you that authentic gym feel. Always see satisfied clients sweating with trainers. Equipment is slightly older but no problem for those well immersed in their form and function

Good gym. Nice locker room. Only drawback for me personally is the gym is quite big but the free weight area feels small. The gym plays its music kinda loud so I have to play my own music loud enough to block theirs which is annoying. Overall great gym though.

A really great gym, fantastic staff and a clean facility. I would highly recommend Austin Van Dam as a personal trainer. He brought my experience from good to excellent!

I've been going here for almost 5 years and this location was very crowded during peak times before the 2015 crash, but since then even during peak times it isn't bad. There is usually space available in all areas. Watch out for douches parking in spots that aren't meant for cars in the lot. Lots of lazy dudes who grunt and sweat but can't be bothered to discard their used towels in the change room appropriately. I suppose it comes with the territory. Overall pretty good - clean and well kept, staff is good.
