Absolutely L O V E this gym! I am a mother of a 6 month old and a 3 1/2 year old and they have the B E S T gym daycare in the city. The Kids Club manager Elaina is amazing with all the kids. My son never wants to leave Elaina and looks forward to our every visit. It’s such a wonderful place where I have met like-minded moms with wholesome families and we even hang out outside the gym! All the Kids Club staff are incredible, Chrissy, Kayla, Nina and Natasha thank you guys for taking such good care of my babies while I get my workouts and showers in! My 6 month baby girl loves Chrissy and loves to fall asleep on her for nap time :)
The trainers are exceptional, to mention a few Andre, Omar, Shelby, Brett, Densa... these guys make my workouts efficient and effective.
I always see each day I get to work out there a blessing :)
Well done to Tom who is the facility manager, kudos for building such an awesome team!

World Health Sunridge is by far the best gym I've been to. The staff and gym goers are all incredibly friendly. The trainers are supportive and really help you achieve any goals you have set out. The gym caters to all fitness goals and fitness levels and it's amazing to see such a wide variety of people. Also, you never really need to wait for equipment and people are more than happy to let you work in. 5/5

I have been going to this gym for just over a month now and I love it. There is always lots of room and every piece of equipment is high quality. My trainer Sherene is energetic, encouraging and very knowledgeable. She is incredibly supportive but also holds you accountable to help achieve your goals. Getting a membership at World Health is an investment worth every penny!

Have had an amazing experience from my first day. I find all the staff super motivating and friendly. Everyone really seems to care and want to make you feel comfortable. The Sunridge location I find particularity clean at all times, especially the showers and bathroom which is really important to me. Sherine has been my personally trainer for over one month and I am having great results already! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a fun, upbeat, positive and bright place to work out! Only suggestion is to add music to the women's section.

While the gym is fine, my girlfriend and I really only train here because of Kam (one of the trainers). He's a great trainer and I'd highly recommend him to my friends and family. He's very knowledgable, and teaches us how to work out safely and effectively. We hadn't used a trainer before or been to the gym, and he was very welcoming and didn't rush us, he's very personable which really helped us get comfortable at the gym. We've been with him for almost a year and have seen great results. Request Kam if you're after a good personal trainer.

Been here for over 2 years now (on contract) and will be quitting ASAP.

World Health is just completely unethical, I had referred a few friends who were told that they could have a free 2 week trial and then quit, but they were still charged and ended up contacting their credit card issuer to deal with the problem because the staff wasn't helpful. I was also told that I would be charged less and given free sweaters/bags/bottles for every friend I referred, that also never happened.

I recently had a friend who signed up and wanted her mom to have a 2 week free trial, the GM was very rude to her mother and asked her why she needed 2 weeks, and refused to give her a trial longer than 3 days.

The section designated for just ladies is often full with male trainers, and the equipment in there is so old. The area used to be bigger before the gym was renovated to give trainers office space... which is ridiculous because how much space does it take one to sign a contract.

When I first signed up, I was told by Roxanne that the cheapest deal they could offer me was $30/biweekly with an $80 sign up fee because I didn't qualify for the 2015 $20.15 New Year promotion, and she said that she would offer me free training sessions with one of their personal trainers regularly to compensate for the price. I never received any free training sessions and I also spoke to some other members, who said they were offered better deals. YOU HAVE TO NEGOTIATE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I'm also not entirely sure how helpful some of the trainers are. My friend, who I signed up with, opted to pay over $2000 for training sessions with a personal trainer and she said they don't really do much aside from counting your reps for you. She said every workout provided for her was simple and something that she could have created on her own. Don't allow yourself to be brainwashed by what the trainers offer, go online and look for a REAL trainer with reviews and experience. Don't pay $50-100 to spend an hour with a trainer who just counts how many pushups you can do before flirting with you.

After having been here for 2 years, I had made some friends who had decided to quit Worldhealth and sign up at other gyms nearby (Fit4less, Goodlife, Anytime, etc.) and the staff are very rude about it, stating that they're not just interested in taking your money but also want you to reach your fitness goals. This is literally ridiculous as this whole entire corporation is only interested in profit. They also continue to charge you after you quit, so make sure you check your bank statements.

The environment in general is just unsatisfying, so many staff members are leaving. For the price that I'm paying, I expect my gym to be open 24 hours with decent staff and a respectful GM with integrity.

I appreciate the times spent there. But at this gym, their only interest is not your satisfaction, but your money. I was pregnant and not feeling good at all. So could not go to gym anymore. I paid $100 for my account to be on hold for 3 months. After that had a doctor note for my health conditions. When I had my baby, still could not return to the gym, but my account was keeping being debited every 2 weeks. Try to talk to them about my conditions that I needed sometimes again before resuming gym, but they needed me to pay an extra $150 to put my account in hold. I feel like being in prison with them. I decide to stop my contract with them and I had to pay $160. And I loss my $1000 that I pay for the personal Traîner. Just because I find myself to be prégnant.
