I do not recommend this company. They cancelled without explanation and basically refused to do a service call after setting up a time and date. no explanation-the customer service person just kept repeating I have been instructed to tell you that we can not offer service-call another company.
any explanation would have been helpful ie. the company is closing; there is a family emergency; we are short staffed, etc. very rude and inconvenienced me after re-scheduling my day.
Don't use them!

I am dissapointed in the customer care this company provides. I was charged $450 and then told the actual problem hadn't been fixed and the part needed to be order. I was told it would be about "a week" and there will be another charge to come and install it. I called in a few times to get the status on the part and each time was told "we will call you back" which they never did. 4 weeks later i contacted whirlpool about the situation and suddenly the next day the part was installed. We were without hot water for over 4 weeks with a 1.5 year old. I will never use this company again!
