Wtf+ Yeg Comic Club

WTF + YEG Comic Club is an Edmonton based group for women (cis and trans), femmes, and non-binary feminine minded individuals that meets monthly to read and discuss comics.

We're a group for Women (cis and trans), Femmes, non-binary feminine minded etc. feminist individuals of all experience levels looking to read and discuss comics. You do NOT need to currently read comics to be a part of this group, just have an interest in them!

Each month we focus on a different trade, graphic novel, or comics and meet somewhere local to discuss it. We will focus on comics created by or containing awesome women /non-binary individuals, and also examine popular comics from a feminist lens.

Meetings occur on weekdays, at the beginning of the month, but we encourage group outings to other events!


We are here to make new like-minded friends, read, squee together, and be generally awesome. If you're new to comics and looking for a place to start, or just looking for people to hang out with, we're excited to meet you!
