Purchased a new truck in April. Everyone was very helpful and helped me get into the truck I found online. The vehicle itself was very clean and well maintained on the lot. From the look of most of the vehicles this is standard here. They deserve a high rating for that alone. Since I brought the vehicle home there was something off about how it ran. The issue was getting worse so I took it back in this morning for them to have a look. Ended up having a bad spark plug so they replaced all of them right away and go me back on the road. What an awesome experience, dealing with the people at Xtreme Auto and Truck sales. I traded my 2008 F 150 for a 2014 Ram Longhorn, we were able to come to an agreement on a fair price that worked for them and for me without the usual bickering back and forth. Once that was done the rest of transaction was friendly and was actually a fun experience. The owners, AJ and his brother are great people to deal with, they bent over backwords to make sure I got what I wanted in a quick and professional manner. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys and would suggest to anyone out there looking to buy a used car or truck to go straight to Xtreme, you'll be glad you did.

Don't go to this leave for your next vehicle. A friend of ours just didn't big dollars for a truck that needed a new ball joint. They replaced it with the wrong one and upon arriving back in Cranbrook the steering was loose. Even before he took it to a shop Dave diagnosed it with the install of the wrong bearing. When he took it to the shop in town that was exactly the problem. Friend has pictures and bill for changing it. When he contacted Xtreme auto sales and spoke with management he was told the local shop just wanted to make more money than just the inspection charges. They did nothing wrong. Horrid customer relations. Calgary friends share this and earn your friends to stay away from this lot..they are crooked, once they make the sale they don't care about you.

Made arrangements to test drive a car and we talk to the sales person about purchase arrangement. We drive one hour one way to do this. They sold the car 20 minutes before we arrived. NICE. Not impressed

He told me that most people look online first and know what they want before they come.

What an awesome experience, dealing with the people at Xtreme Auto and Truck sales. I traded my 2008 F 150 for a 2014 Ram Longhorn, we were able to come to an agreement on a fair price that worked for them and for me without the usual bickering back and forth. Once that was done the rest of transaction was friendly and was actually a fun experience. The owners, AJ and his brother are great people to deal with, they bent over backwords to make sure I got what I wanted in a quick and professional manner. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys and would suggest to anyone out there looking to buy a used car or truck to go straight to Xtreme, you'll be glad you did.

Don't go to this leave for your next vehicle. A friend of ours just didn't big dollars for a truck that needed a new ball joint. They replaced it with the wrong one and upon arriving back in Cranbrook the steering was loose. Even before he took it to a shop Dave diagnosed it with the install of the wrong bearing. When he took it to the shop in town that was exactly the problem. Friend has pictures and bill for changing it. When he contacted Xtreme auto sales and spoke with management he was told the local shop just wanted to make more money than just the inspection charges. They did nothing wrong. Horrid customer relations. Calgary friends share this and earn your friends to stay away from this lot..they are crooked, once they make the sale they don't care about you.

Made arrangements to test drive a car and we talk to the sales person about purchase arrangement. We drive one hour one way to do this. They sold the car 20 minutes before we arrived. NICE. Not impressed

From the look of most of the vehicles this is standard here. They deserve a high rating for that alone. Since I brought the vehicle home there was something off about how it ran.
