Yoga Santosha, Calgary

It was my first visit to this establishment and it did not disappoint. Stephanie Mendoza is an excellent massage therapist who offers techniques different than what I have experienced before. Would highly recommend!

Yoga Santosha is a warm and welcoming place to improve one's yoga practice. The instructors are professional and easy to approach. They offer adjustments for all levels and make everyone feel welcome. There's also a wide variety of classes to choose from and at all times of the day (which is very convenient if you do not have conventional work hours). The studio seems to have a large group of regular practitioners; which is testament to its popularity and quality of service. I only just joined, but I know I'll be calling Yoga Santosha my yoga go-to place for the foreseeable future.

Being that it was my first ashtanga class I found it to be a great experience. I will be going to more classes here it wasn't as difficult as I made it out to be in my head. The studio is clean and welcoming. Great group of people.

I've been to quite a few yoga studios in Calgary, and so far Yoga Santosha is my favorite! The quality of instruction from the teachers is unbeatable. You can tell this is not a job, but a lifestyle for the teachers here. The studios are clean, beautiful and spacious (as are the change rooms!) All the staff are friendly and the parking is accessible and affordable.

Everything was really great at Yoga Santosha. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were all friendly, the course content was excellent and well executed. I'm looking forward to coming back!

good variety of instructors & classes. good, challenging levels available for experienced practitioners. nice space with natural light, great shower & change facilities.

I had my first visit to Yoga Santosha last week and I was very impressed. The waiting area, yoga room, and even the bathroom, was beautifully decorated and clean. I was a little nervous to go to my first class at this studio and the receptionist was polite and friendly. I felt very welcomed. The yoga class was challenging but also relaxing. That hour and 15 minutes flew by! Thanks again!

The teachers are personable, friendly, and skillful. Tamara is my all time favorite. Highly recommend her class at 4pm on Sunday as your first drop in. Their Friday 545pm class with Lydia (by donation) is a wonderful class to start. My membership at Santosha is life changing for me.

They also have Saturday Lululemon teacher class. It is always full and the delivery isn't the best. Try your first class with the regular teacher instead.

I really enjoy the spa-like environment that is created the minute you step into the studio. It is great to know that all teachers here teach at a high quality; so regardless if I have personally experienced their class, I know at the outset they will be great. I recently went to the community movie night. It was awesome. A great relaxed environment, with wonderful treats and a great movie selection.

The Yoga Santosha Studio is clean, spacious and accommodating. The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The Yin with Oils workshop was a lovely, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening and will happily recommend Yoga Santosha to my friends and students. I teach Yin Yoga myself and am always looking for opportunities to deepen my personal practice and to learn more in order to pass it along to my students. The two teachers who taught the class worked together seamlessly and I went home spiritually and physically filled to overflowing.

The people at the reception desk where nice. I liked the tablet check in. I liked the nice clean washrooms. I liked the dots on the floor. The place was clean and the teacher, Rose, is fantastic. For a beginner Rose breaks down all the moves so you can grasp them.
