Many companies are in the market of employee relocation, and YCB operates on a similar foundation. Unlike a relocation company we are not focused on bringing in new employees. Alternatively, we are YCB are focused on retaining existing employees to ease the cost and effort required in training replacements.

Our program is based on the idea of a referral system. It provides capital to the employee to help offset the expense when purchasing a home, increasing their stability and net worth. Employees that see an increase in their wealth will be more motivated, more productive, and less likely to transfer to another company.

Without any financial commitment on your behalf we can assist your employees in attaining greater personal wealth through home ownership. We will be able to fund up to 1% of the purchase of an employee’s home back to them. In exchange your company may negotiate a term contract with that employee that YCB will enforce.
In the event that the employee breaks the contract, the funds will be returned to YCB. Upon receipt of these funds your company will receive compensation to help offset the expense in filling the vacant position
