This is an amazing shop !!!! They fixed my very old machine at a very reasonable price . Customer service was FANTASTIC !!! Thank you thank you !!!!!

Thank you so much for helping me pick out fabric and giving me a few tips to do my very first quilt. Thanks also for helping me move fabric around while I carried my fussy newborn (should have brought a carrier) and thanks for finding me a chair so I could feed the little bug. I felt very welcome and at home in your shop.

Friendly staff, nice selection of fabrics in addition to quilting fabric. Lots of panels to choose from.

Do not go to this store if you have toddlers as you will be treated very rudely, be told how to parent your child and be blamed for how other stores are messy. The owners have no problem standing behind employees who insult customers. I will admit my toddlers were misbehaving today, nothing was ruined but they were a handful. I asked for help for knits and the one woman pointed me to the corner and offered no further help. Maybe if you were of more assistance it would have been easier managing my toddlers. It's funny at the other fabric store today there was a big sale and was jammed packed and Anita had no issues accommodating my situation. I was treated pretty nasty at this store the minute my two kids and I walked through the door. I'm sorry 2 years and 3 years old are not going to be the best behaved. It is not your place to tell my son he has to sit on the couch all day and not play with any toys. It is completely rude to say it's because of kids like mine that aisles in stores like Walmart are messy. You want people to shop local communicate better with customers , make your business meet the needs of your customers. Have toys for them to play with, usually I bring something but it was a whim of the moment visit to this store big mistake. MOST IMPORTANTLY if you see a customer struggling with two toddlers and you are not working with another customer please be of an assistance. I've never stepped foot in your store before I have no idea where things are. I will probably never step foot in your store ever again and will never recommend it. I love quilted gems and various online stores, I've had no problems until i went to your store.
