Friendly staff

I am posting on behalf of a friend who had a bad experience having been accused of shoplifting. After entering the store (having never been before) to check out their stock and prices, my friend left after a couple minutes of browsing seeing the prices were more expensive than other places she knows. She was in her car, about to exit the parking lot when I car behind her laid on their horn then proceeded to speed in front of her to block her off. It was an employee of this store who then came up to her window and accused her of shoplifting. Having nothing to hide, and seeing the employee staring at her purse, she handed over her purse for him to look in. After finding nothing he handed her purse back and apologized. What if my friend had her kids in the back seat? Do you think that's a good example for kids? The moral of the story here is: do not accuse someone of shoplifting because you think they might fit a profile. There are laws against what you can and can't do and unless you saw her take it yourself, do not make accusations and do not be racist. Do not make accusations and use the correct channel of reporting any suspicious behavior to the police!! This man had no right to chase my friend down.. I suggest you take your business elsewhere if you do not want to have suspicious eyes on you if you think you might fit a particular profile.
