Priced up extensive repairs to my GMC Truck. $1,600 in parts if I bought them. Job completed for a little over $1,700 at Zanella. Outstanding service guys, thanks. Sent my son for an estimate for his Escape. A lemon that could not be fixed. Didn't charge him. I reccommend these guys all the time and will continue to do so.
Quick turnaround times with reasonable prices and the mechanics take the time to explain issues and preventative maintenance

My family has chosen to bring our vehicles to Zanella for a couple of decades now as they are trustworthy, exceptionally competent and friendly.
Needless to say, they are well worth the drive from Calgary.
I had a couple of bad experiences with the "local" go-to shop and went looking for alternatives about 5 years ago... These guys came highly recommended from a few people who had been around for awhile so I gave them a shot. I'm SO glad that I did as ever since then any time I've had an issue with a vehicle I've been able to bring it in there and got honest, fair service at a great price.
This family run business was clearly founded on a passion for vehicles and everything to do with them. On a few occasions I know they've gone out of their way to find affordable alternatives and in some cases even though I know for a fact they could have easily just gone with the easier, more expensive option (that I'd already agreed to in the absence of any other choices) they called me and told me they'd found something.
I left town for a few years- but I came back and had to get some vehicle inspections done... I rolled the dice on whether or not they'd still be around and doing business in the way I remembered and sure enough- no change at all! Talk about smooth and steady!
They don't massage your feet while you wait and they don't have a library of fresh new magazines to rummage through while you wait... They don't wax and polish your car after they're done with it- but they're some of the nicest and most competent mechanics I've ever met (and believe me- being completely ignorant of anything mechanical I've met PLENTY of mechanics). They've been CONSISTENTLY meeting expectations and getting things done at the price quoted and keeping me informed when circumstances changed.
I can't give these guys enough praise. They're worth the 10 minute drive out of town.
