Zara

I love zara as a brand , but customer service sucks. I got 1 item that I wanted to exchange and they couldn’t do anything just because it was more than 1 months. Item is new, never been worn. Didn’t ask for refund , just exchange for smth else and I was ready to pay the difference.

Worsed customer service!!! I started shopping online because I love Zara... And wanted to avoid the staff working there.
The staff are rude and unwelcoming . When asking for assistance I feel like I'm burdening them. Not a good culture in that store. Being in the retail world myself and understanding expectations of the industry I find this highly unacceptable and frustrating.
I have shopped in Zara stores around the world and the Chinook location is an emberassmen to the company.

I love Zara as a brand. Have one of the most amazing designer style clothes with affordable prices. But, I just felt very frustrated when I walked in the store. Idk of the location matters. This store is never organized and displays are everywhere. I understand you guys have to change the displays very often. It is a problem even non of your staff can help me locate the clothes I wanted. (it was stated in stock online) I would rather shop online and never get into one of your stores now.

Clothing is nice, better than H&M quality wise in my opinion and at the same price range. However customer service is not that great and there can be long lines because they do not seem to have many staff members. Honestly the only thing that bothers me about the store is that they have curtains in the changing rooms instead of doors.

Favourite clothing store in Calgary. Doesn't have as much variety as some other Zara's I've been too but it is a great place to find trendy clothes for less. They also have great sales. It's also a fairly busy store so I recommend avoiding rush hours if you don't like waiting in huge lines

Do not try to buy anything from their online store unless you enjoy having nightmares. I had two issues with them, first, they charged me for 8 items in total, and I was notified that 1 item was sold out after placing the order so it won't be shipped to me. So I should be getting a refund for this missing item, right? They stubbornly claimed that I was never charged for this item, when I was clearly charged for it. Second problem is that when I finally received the package, ANOTHER item was missing, and they claim that their inventory check says that it shipped no problem and were accusing me of lying about it. After almost a month of numerous emails, phone calls, and complaints with Zara, Paypal, and my credit card company, I managed to get a refund for the two missing items. Absolutely cancerous company.

Very clean store. Nice clothing at a very reasonable price. Staff seems busy but very helpful. Only problem is other customers getting upset for waiting in line. I mean hey, it's worth it plus if they leave out of anger, I get helped sooner (:
