Went to get my driver door fixed yesterday on my Ford F150 as it was getting very sticky and hard to open. Bernie, the service man at the desk was just great. Came out to my truck, tried the door and gave his opinion on what was wrong, just a simple little matter. I left the truck with them and an hour later got a call and it was fixed. $29.00. When was the last time you took your vehicle to a dealership and got charged $29.00? I was some impressed. Thanks Zarowny Motors.

I live an almost 2 hours away but it's worth it for me to drive to St Paul for the service I get at Zarowny Motors. I bought my truck there and that's where I get it serviced too.

The Zarowny Motors staff are always kind and friendly! I am very satisfied with all their help and service everytime I go!

Our daughter her much loved 4 X4 Ford F-150 many years ago and when she came for a visit noticed it wasn't driving like usual she made an appt on the Saturday and discovered

It had several serious issues that needed repair. They were not able to get all the parts for Saturday but kept it for the final

Repairs on the Monday and she was very pleased with the service work done.

$1700.00 dollars later it is good like new. Thank you Zarowny Motors for fitting us in.

I've taken it several times to Edmonton, I've brought it to the Dodge dealership in St. Paul a few times, and Zarowny's has given me the best experience every time. Their prices are great, their willingness to service my odd little car is remarkable. I won't be going anywhere else.

Had my 9th oil change done on August 19th, 2017. It was excellent work done cause not only did I get the oil change done but the key lock for the spare tire was fixed and a piece from the bottom rear door was fixed back in place also a dent was straighten. I guess we all have walk around our vehicles where ever we park cause someone brushed against my truck and dented, scraped and snapped of a piece by the door. Who ever did that didn't tell me they hit my truck. I'm really thankful to Zarowny and all the people that work there especially the mechanic that did the work on my truck. I appreciate it and always feel welcome when I go. Unfortunately the dog there bit me but I'm okay. Thank you again.

Great service and accommodation to a late booking. Wish there was an option for a "quick" oil change. I appreciate the 'once over' vehicle check chart but sometimes a customer just doesn't have the time on that day.

Got the wife her escape from Bryan everyone at the dealership is amazing. Parts man Terry knowledge of Ford and all parts is next to none!

Amazing service all around the dealership, brian Trimble is out go to guy for anything, he helped us out buyi g our F-350 :) long time family dealing with my husband and now carry on with our family, amazing all around :)

Always had prompt and great service with the people at the Service counter. Linda is fantastic as always and managed to get me a loaner car the other day so I wouldn't be stranded. My two broken fobs for my command start were replaced even thought Zarowny Motors doesn't use that company any more. Thank you!!

Took my vehicle, an explorer, in for an oil change and I also wanted them to fix a couple of chips in the windshield before they turned into cracks. I dropped it off in the morning, they gave me a ride to work and then I picked it up on my lunch break. They told me when I picked it up that the glass guy called in sick that day and couldn't fix my chips and to call the next day to see if he's in. Well, on my way into work the next day the window cracked all the way across the windshield, needless to say I wasn't impressed. Otherwise I received wonderful service while getting my oil changed.

Power steer pump hose popped off on my truck last Monday (Nov 20) called Ford and was told that there were no appointment available until Thursday. Not even an emergency appointment as I have 2 small kids to get to school and that is my only vehicle. I told the lady when I made the appointment what I figured was wrong with it.



After walking my kids to school in -20, Thursday came. Took it there at 830am and by 915 it was in by 930 I was being told that they needed to order the part, it would be here the next day but they couldn't schedule my truck in till Monday. The guy at the counter said if we knew the hose that needed to be replaced he would've ordered it and I would be set. I told him you guys NEVER have parts for my truck, and this isn't the first time either. I also said I told the woman I booked the appt with what I figured the problem was and look I was right! Now you are leaving me 4 more days without a vehicle with 2 small kids?? Give me my keys, I will be back Monday.



Monday I showed up at 830, my truck was in the shop at 9 but not finished till 11.



I am not the least bit impressed with my experience this time.

Took my vehicle, an explorer, in for an oil change and I also wanted them to fix a couple of chips in the windshield before they turned into cracks. I dropped it off in the morning, they gave me a ride to work and then I picked it up on my lunch break. They told me when I picked it up that the glass guy called in sick that day and couldn't fix my chips and to call the next day to see if he's in. Well, on my way into work the next day the window cracked all the way across the windshield, needless to say I wasn't impressed. Otherwise I received wonderful service while getting my oil changed.

Power steer pump hose popped off on my truck last Monday (Nov 20) called Ford and was told that there were no appointment available until Thursday. Not even an emergency appointment as I have 2 small kids to get to school and that is my only vehicle. I told the lady when I made the appointment what I figured was wrong with it.



After walking my kids to school in -20, Thursday came. Took it there at 830am and by 915 it was in by 930 I was being told that they needed to order the part, it would be here the next day but they couldn't schedule my truck in till Monday. The guy at the counter said if we knew the hose that needed to be replaced he would've ordered it and I would be set. I told him you guys NEVER have parts for my truck, and this isn't the first time either. I also said I told the woman I booked the appt with what I figured the problem was and look I was right! Now you are leaving me 4 more days without a vehicle with 2 small kids?? Give me my keys, I will be back Monday.

I never thought I’d get approved for a vehicle, but I went in, norm made the process very very easy. He explained everything very clearly and was so helpful! Paula did everything she could to get me approved and turns out I was! Thankful for the service and help zarowny motors has given!

I have taken my Fiat 500 to Zarowny's for service twice now, and I'm thrilled with the service. I've taken it several times to Edmonton, I've brought it to the Dodge dealership in St. Paul a few times, and Zarowny's has given me the best experience every time. Their prices are great, their willingness to service my odd little car is remarkable. I won't be going anywhere else.

Had my 9th oil change done on August 19th, 2017. It was excellent work done cause not only did I get the oil change done but the key lock for the spare tire was fixed and a piece from the bottom rear door was fixed back in place also a dent was straighten. I guess we all have walk around our vehicles where ever we park cause someone brushed against my truck and dented, scraped and snapped of a piece by the door. Who ever did that didn't tell me they hit my truck. I'm really thankful to Zarowny and all the people that work there especially the mechanic that did the work on my truck. I appreciate it and always feel welcome when I go. Unfortunately the dog there bit me but I'm okay. Thank you again.

Great service and accommodation to a late booking. Wish there was an option for a "quick" oil change. I appreciate the 'once over' vehicle check chart but sometimes a customer just doesn't have the time on that day.

Always had prompt and great service with the people at the Service counter. Linda is fantastic as always and managed to get me a loaner car the other day so I wouldn't be stranded. My two broken fobs for my command start were replaced even thought Zarowny Motors doesn't use that company any more. Thank you!!

Took my vehicle, an explorer, in for an oil change and I also wanted them to fix a couple of chips in the windshield before they turned into cracks. I dropped it off in the morning, they gave me a ride to work and then I picked it up on my lunch break. They told me when I picked it up that the glass guy called in sick that day and couldn't fix my chips and to call the next day to see if he's in. Well, on my way into work the next day the window cracked all the way across the windshield, needless to say I wasn't impressed. Otherwise I received wonderful service while getting my oil changed.

Power steer pump hose popped off on my truck last Monday (Nov 20) called Ford and was told that there were no appointment available until Thursday. Not even an emergency appointment as I have 2 small kids to get to school and that is my only vehicle. I told the lady when I made the appointment what I figured was wrong with it.



After walking my kids to school in -20, Thursday came. Took it there at 830am and by 915 it was in by 930 I was being told that they needed to order the part, it would be here the next day but they couldn't schedule my truck in till Monday. The guy at the counter said if we knew the hose that needed to be replaced he would've ordered it and I would be set. I told him you guys NEVER have parts for my truck, and this isn't the first time either. I also said I told the woman I booked the appt with what I figured the problem was and look I was right! Now you are leaving me 4 more days without a vehicle with 2 small kids?? Give me my keys, I will be back Monday.



Monday I showed up at 830, my truck was in the shop at 9 but not finished till 11.



I am not the least bit impressed with my experience this time.
