Attended this restaurant for lunch, which I wouldn't recommend. The owner (I suspect it was the owner) was by herself with no help when numerous patrons came in. She did alright and got food out at a reasonable time however there were people who had to cancel their order to leave. The owner was very apologetic for this.

Food was alright. Spring rolls didn't have a whole lot of flavour and were vegetable based. Pork was good. Other patrons asked us if our spring rolls were cooked (ours were but theirs weren't).

The owner did try her hardest and was eager to please. Service would likely be better if she had more staff/help. I'm not from Calgary, but I don't think I'd return to this restaurant when I return to town.

Ordered from here for the first time with a co-worker, I mean how hard is it to screw up Vietnamese food, because I've never had an issue. Boy, was I wrong.

Let me put it out there that I've had Vietnamese delivered on several occasions and never had an issue with soggy food. That was the case here, the Vietnamese sub was super soggy. The meat had way to much sauce and just drenched the bread, it had zero resemblance to a Vietnamese sub (it had lettuce!?). The spring rolls were so soggy and had a terrible texture to them, a mixture of mushy/chewy/slimy... And lastly the Satay soup was gross, so so so salty.

Ordered through SkipTheDishes, they were great and spoke with a rep about the experience. And as figured, this place was not willing to offer any sort of resolution. A 'to bad so sad' kind of situation.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Seriously.

This place is disgusting don't eat here the wonton soup was greasy my chicken was blue and the wontons were green and on top of everything they wouldn't refund me this is the second time i ate here and it was sooo gross save your money.

Not sure if this business is under new owner/mangement, we used to order and pick up and it was pretty good. Last night we ordered two Pho's with extra meat, was supposed to be with pork. We weren't told until we went to pick it up that they had run out of pork and substituted chicken... what?? Got the food home and it was awful, hardly any meat and it was cold. We will not order from here again, so disappointed.

We have visiting this place on 5 to 6 separate occasions because it's close to our house. The last 2 visits the good has been awful. Our last experience I ordered spring rolls and they were mushy and doughy. I asked the server if she could have them cooked more when she brought them back they still didn't taste good do I didn't eat them. We asked what kind they are as normally they are a pork base but these where vegetarian. I strongly believe they should display this in their menu, they are awful.

Today we went with my son, I ordered beef pho. It is avertised in the menu as "raw beef". My boyfriend ordered pho date. The server brought us this gross "sate" says that tasted like chili power and Frank's red hot sauce. It was awful but we tried out anyway. There was tripe in the soup when there wasn't supposed to be. My boyfriend couldn't eat it, also the beef had black spots on it, tasted freezer burnt and was covered in fat... Gross. My soup was only edible once I managed to pick out the horrible beef.

We eat pho very often and this has been by far the worst. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Portion is small even for the price. Long wait for our food. Won't come back here again.

Decent food and friendly service.

Don't go to this restaurant. I had just bought a group 2 weeks ago (expires in May). Drove halfaway across the city to check it out, only to be denied my group on arrival. There reason was not valid. 'Oh yeah um we just have some problems with group ons so we don't take it anymore'. Yet, its still being sold! Isaid at the very least you need to honor the original value of the group on. She said i needed to talk to group on. I asked if they had indeed cancelled this deal with group on it self but she had said oh we left a message with them but group on hasn't contacted us. Its likely that they realised they were losing out money promoting with group on and cancelled without actual cause. Pretty shady for a company. Like i said, at the very minimal, they should have offered the minimal value in which i paid for the voucher. I should not have go and cancel my group on and recourse because of their neligiance. Considering group on isn't even aware of them not accepting them!

Worst place i have ever ordered from. The food was absolutely unedible and when i called to get it exchanged the manger refused and when i asked for a refund he told me there was nothing wrong with the food so i was out money and was not able to eat. Absolutely horrible service and food and i do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
