Zender Ford Sales

WARNING! I brought my Ford Flex with a working radio to this dealership the service department had it all day all I wanted was to be able to pair my phone with my nav system, I couldn’t understand what was taking so long until I came to pick it up and they told me my radio that was playing music on the way to zender, no longer had a working audio system, and they wanted to charge me $1500 to fix it. Long story short will NOT be buying anything at zender ford ever again. Should be able to give them a zero out of five rating

Extremely dissapointed and angry with the staff here. My F150 was booked in for recall work and they said they would need the vehicle for several hours so they booked me a service loaner that my wife could use. They told me to have the vehicle dropped off for 08:00 in the morning. When my wife got their they said there was no service loaner, just a "shuttle". Then they had the audacity to tell her the shuttle doesn't run for just one person. This forced her to walk 4 blocks in the freezing cold to get to where she was going.

Zender Ford will never get my truck again.

They’ll get you in quick for service but they’ll charge you double! Took my F550 to diesel tech after I got their quote and a ridiculous charge to identify the problem and they did a great job, fast and cheap.

Also tried to buy my 17 F150 here but they were the highest price out of 5 dealerships and didn’t even try to get the sale or work the numbers down.

The Quick Lane really is quick. Taylor was awesome and they give you a free coffee/muffin in their cafe. A tire change is cheap and quick plus they checked my brakes for me (I knew they were in decent shape, but it'snice to hear it from them as then I know they're honest). Stellar service, great atmosphere and a decent price for a dealership.

Had a great experience here. Was greeted by Aldon in sales (not sure if I spelt his name right) when arriving, did not have intentions of buying a vehicle but ended up buying a 2016 jeep patriot. Aldon was very helpful in trying to work with me on payments, he got it to the lowest he could which was really amazing. He was incredibly helpful the entire time and didn't push me to buy the vehicle at all, I ended up leaving and came back later that day to get it. Overall I had a really great experience here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a vehicle even though I don't live in Edmonton.

Purchased a $70 thousand dollar truck, when the rear window shattered on it's own, no warranty and no recall although this happens with ford back windows. Terry at Zender offered to give us $200.00 off so it would only be $1400.00 plus GST,,, getting it done somewhere else for $937.00.

I love this place! We've gotten both our vehicles here and the sales representative are very informative, very patient with us every time. We usually have our little ones with us, and they are entertained with a tv, popcorn, hot chocolate and a little play area. Not to mention free wifi. The place is clean. The secretary is a bit snobbish, but most secretary's usually are. Oh and there is a tiny deli upstairs you can purchase food as well.

I called there to see if I could ask a few Questions about the prices of Ford Escape vehicles for my informal report, but because the Manager didn't ask what the questions were about he choose to say it was against policies and procedures. I only need to ask about 6 or 7 Questions for my report.
But I did say to the receptionist that every other Ford Dealership had no problem with answering my Questions. It would of not be publicized. It was for an assignment for Workplace Communications.
So I am going it say this to all managers and sales representatives ask the right questions before you slam the door shut because it also could be a sale for your company in the future.

I was referred to this dealership from my sister whom purchased her Ford a few years back. I went in knowing what I was looking for and picked the 2016 Ford Focus that was on the lot. I absolutely love the car as it was a HUGE upgrade from my 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. I am very pleased with everything and the next car when I go for it, I will definitely be back.
