Zimbabwe Diaspora Investment Council

The ZDIC is a not-for-profit organization of Zimbabweans living in Canada, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. Some of its members live in Zimbabwe. The organization exists to identify potential investors, engage, advice, and facilitate investors' efforts to channel capital to Zimbabwe. We seek to mobilise foreign direct investment (FDI) into Zimbabwe, and thereby contribute to jumpstart the recovery of the economy of Zimbabwe. Increased inflow of foreign direct investments into Zimbabwe will result in increased industry capacity utilisation, increased output in all the various sub-sectors of the economy, and increased employment for our very educated and skilled workforce. The organization is legally registered in Canada under the Canada Corporations Act to assist immigrants from Zimbabwe and elsewhere to explore business and economic opportunities in Canada and to make Canada their home. We aim to help individuals and businesses find and cultivate opportunities to invest in Zimbabwe.
