This store is so messy 😞 The employees were just standing around talking while I had to move boxes over in order to walk through with my stroller....

Horrible experience dealing with a “manager”. I had purchased a shirt 2 weeks prior and after wearing the shirt once the stitching started to let lose on both wrist and under the armpit creating holes. I simply want the shirt replaced as I liked the shirt and it was clearly a manufactures defect.

After telling the manager what happened and explaining I did not have the receipt since I wore the shirt she said that because I had worn it nothing could be done. Now that makes no sense considering it is not like they can resell the shirt anyways since it is falling apart. I said this to her and she did not respond to me. I asked her what the head office email/phone number was so I could contact them to see what could be done and she told me she did not know........how can you be the manager of a retail store and have no idea how to contact your head office. She then proceeded to go onto her cellphone and ignore me. Great “manager” that they have representing the brand.

Incredibly nice and helpful customer service, the employees seem to really enjoy their job and helping the customers. The shop itself is a bit disorganized (especially in the back with the skateboards), but otherwise I had a great experience. Would shop there again. 👌

Walked in to an employee riding a skateboard around the store trying to do trick. When said tricks failed the skateboard hit the ground with a loud noise. Not sure if the skateboard he was riding belonged to the store (because riding merchandise intended for customers is terrible) but it was very unprofessional and annoying. Another employee was behind the counter texting. Wasn't greeted. Was very unimpressed. Left when I wasn't greeted within 3 minutes and went to West 49 instead who gave me GREAT service. I will not be shopping at Zumiez again see how careless and oblivious the employees were to customers and store merchadise. A note to the employees: you're being paid by a company to sell and represent their product. Have some respect.
